Composition of Product Structure
- Product name: In The Ear Hearing Aid

- Application: Hearing-impaired people
- Working principle: A microphone converts sound signals into electrical signals.
The electrical signals are then processed and amplified by the chip and then sent to the receiver. The receiver converts the amplified electrical signals into sound signals and is then sent to the ear.

- When the hearing aid is put into the charging box, it will turn off automatically.
- Volume 3 is the maximum volume.

General Safety Specifications
- High temperatures, high humidity, strong magnetic fields (>0.1T magnetic resonance), X gray, and other mechanical stresses may damage the hearing aid.
- Shock protection classification: Type B for internal power supply.
- Don’t place the hearing aid in an area of high temperatures and/or humidity. Do not use the hearing aid when bathing, washing, shaving, or applying makeup. Do not put the hearing aid in the microwave oven.
- Don’t press the Button/Touch control with too much force to avoid damaging it.
- Don’t discard old hearing aids at will. If you need to discard the units, please do so in accordance with the relevant national regulations.
Warning
- Don’t use the hearing aid in explosive environments such as a mine.
- Keep hearing aid and accessories away from children to avoid issues such as accidental swallowing.
Electromagnetic Compatibility
- Hearing aids comply with GB/T 25102.13 standard electromagnetic compatibility requirements.

Attention:
- Users install and use in accordance with the electromagnetic compatibility information provided in the random files.
- Portable and mobile RF communication equipment may affect the performance of in-ear hearing aids.
- Avoid electromagnetic interference when using the hearing aid such as being near mobile phones, microwave ovens, etc.
Maintenance
Your hearing aid is a high-precision system. Proper maintenance and operation ensures optimum performance.
- Clean the earwax in the ear canal at least twice a week.
- Clean the microphone hold and receiver hold regularly.
- If the hearing aid is damp, do not use a microwave oven, hairdryer, and/or other electric heaters to dry. Put it in a dry and well-ventilated place to dry naturally.
- Wipe the hearing aid with a soft dry cloth without using any solvents or detergents.
- Don’t strike or hit the hearing aid violently.
- When the hearing aid is out of order, do not dismantle it without authorization. The damage caused by dismantling the hearing aid will not be covered by the warranty.
Attention: Do not submerge hearing aids in water.
Repair
When the hearing aid is out of order, please refer to the methods described in the “(Hearing aid/Charge Box) Breakdown Self Check” table in this manual. If you still cannot solve the problem in accordance with these methods, send the whole set of hearing aids back to the company for repair. Please describe the hearing aid malfunction in as much detail as possible. Include your name, address, and contact phone number so that we can contact you and provide services. Hearing aids are fragile electronic products. Pack them properly when shipping. If necessary, you can ask the shipping company to pack it for you.
Contraindications and Precautions
- Congenital atresia or malformation of the external auditory canal.
- Sudden deafness.
- Rapid progressive hearing loss.
- Hearing loss is accompanied by dizziness, headache, and/or earache.
- Conductive deafness of any cause
- Suffering from acute external otitis media, acute suppurative otitis media is not suitable for wearing this hearing aid.

Transport
The packed hearing aid can be transported by means of general cargo transport, but should avoid any explosion-sun, rain, snow and mechanical collision. -
Storage
For long-term storage, hearing aids should be stored at 0~38°C . Relative humidity should not be more than 80%. Make sure there are no corrosive gases in a well-ventilated area.
