Important Installation Introduction

• Power up the TY-DOOR-S01 with USB adapter and micro-USB cable. (No lights are on at this time)
• Please place the device near the router and keep it away from metal.
• Do not install the controller in wet places.
• The device only supports 2.4 GHZ Wi-Fi connection.

Installation Diagram

Step 1: Test the device
you can use pliers or an electric wire to create a short circuit between the two terminals for the external wall button of the opener. If the garage door activates, it works with our device.

Step 2: Download APP (Smart Life)
Download and launch the Tuya App or Smart Life APP from App Store or Goole Play store.
Create an account or log in with your account.

Step 3: Pair the device to your home Wifi network

• Bluetooth mode:

1. please turn on your bluebooth.
2. Power up the device,keep pressing the button for 5S,until the light keeps flashing.
3. The interface will automatically pop up “Device to be added:1”,select “Go to add”, the device will complete the pairing quickly.
   

• EZ mode:

1. Power up the device.keep pressing the button for 5S,until the light keeps flashing.

2. Tap the “+” button in the upper right corner , then tap the “Electrician” button.and then tap the “Garage Door Opener”button.
   

3. Select the 2.4G WiFi ,make sure you choose the EZ mode.
   

4. When the device has been added successfully ,you can rename the device.
   

Step 4:Test the sensors
After pairing the device to your home Wi-Fi network,please test the sensors.

1. Move the two sensors together,the app displays the door is closed;
2. Move the two sensors apart,the app displays the door is opened.

Step 5:lnstall the device

1. Insert the Red&Black wire 2.0mm terminal to the TY-DOOR-S01.

2. Put each end to the same terminals as the wall button wires are terminated to.
   

3. Insert the 2.0mm terminal of the sensor to the TY-DOOr-S01

4. Steady install the sensor and the magnet of the gap within 3mm to 15mm ou your garage door with screw/brackeU3M gums/wall nail/line holder/ties.
