Safety instructions

  • The product is intended for private, non-commercial use only.
  • Use the product only for the intended purpose.
  • Do not use the product in adamp environment and avoid splashing water.
  • Do not use the product in the immediate vicinity of heaters, other heat sources or in direct sunlight.
  • Do not attach any additional objects to the product.
  • Keep the packaging material out of the reach of children due to the risk of suffocation.
  • Dispose of packaging material immediately in accordance with the locally applicable regulations.
  • Do not modify the product in any way.Doing so voids the warranty.
  • Observe the other warnings and safety instructions.

Warning

  • Ensure that the product does not exceed its maximum permitted carrying capacity and that no load exceeding the maximum permitted dimensions is attached.
  • Make sure that the product is loaded symmetrically.
  • During adjustment, ensure that the product is loaded symmetrically and that the maximum permitted carrying capacity is not exceeded.
  • The product is used to set up smartphones, tablet PCs and similar or to attach them to tabletops and shelving.

Installation

Warning -Mounting

  • Only set the product up on even, non-slip surfaces with sufficient load-bearing capacity for the product and the device attached to it.
  • Do not mount the product above locations where persons might sit or stand.
  • Never apply force during mounting. This can damage your device or the holder.
  • During mounting, ensure that neither there are no coils, hobs or other sources of moisture and heat in the area of the holder’s mounting or swivel range.
  • Once you have mounted the product and the attached load, check that they are sufficiently secure, resilient and safe to use.
  • You should repeat this check at regular intervals (at least every three months).
  • In the event of damage to the product, remove the attached load and stop using the product.

Inserting /removing the device

  • Spread the holding clamps on the holder far enough apart for you to be able to insert your device. (Fig. A)installation
  • Hold the device firmly,position it between the holding clamps and then press the holding clamps gently together. (Fig. B)installation 1a
  • After insertion, check that the device is sitting firmly and securely in the holder.
  • To remove your device, hold it firmly and carefully push the holding clamps apart.

Attachment to the tabletop /shelf

  • Always affix the holder without the device inserted.
  • Slightly open the closure on the holder by turning it anti-clockwise. (Fig. C)installation 1
  • Position the holder in the required place on the tabletop. Turn the holder to adapt it to the thickness of the tabletop.
  • Turn the closure clockwise to attach the holder.
  • Check that the holder is firmly and securely seated.

Adjusting the angle and tilt

The holder can be steplessly adjusted in terms of angle and tilt with respect to the observer using aball head.

  • Always adjust the angle and tilt without the device inserted.
  • To adjust, loosen the clamp screw on the ball head.(Fig. D)
  • Adjust the angle and tilt as required and tighten the clamp screw.
  • The holder arm can also be adapted to the required height.
  • To adjust the retaining arm, loosen the clamping screws. (Fig. E)
