STEP ONE – GET TO KNOW YOUR JETHRO PHONE

STEP TWO-HOW TO CHARGE YOUR JETHRO PHONE

With the phone facing down, insert fingernails into the back cover cutout and gently but firmly lift and remove the back cover.
Insert the removable battery making sure that the three gold connectors are lined up to the phoneʼs gold connectors.
Put the back cover back in place, press down along allthe edges of the phone, every time there is a clicking sound,the back cover is being secured in place.
Connect the cable to the MicroUSB connector.
Connect the USB side (Larger connector) ofthe cableto the wall charger USB port.
Connect the phonewall charger to the electric outlet.
Charge your device for at least two hours.

TIP: Althoughyour phonearrives pre-charged,a goodpractice dictates that prior to the first time of operation,let the battery charge for at least two full hours.
WARNING! Use only approved chargers. Incompatible chargers could damage your phone and void the warranty. Never leave the phone charging formore than eight hours.

STEP THREE-HOW TO INSERT THE SIM & SD CARDS HOW TO MAKE PHONE CALLS

With the phone facing down, insert fingernails into the back cover cutout, gently but firmlylift and remove the back cover. (See step 2)
Remove the battery by inserting the fingernails at the top of the Battery, lift the battery out.
Locate the slot for the MiniSIM Card (AKA Regular Size SIM Card). To insert, slide the SIM card from the top into the SIM card slot. (As per picture below) Make Sure the SIM cardʼs gold contacts face down.|
Toinsert or remove a Micro SD Memory Card,please repeat number one and numbertwo of this list. (Micro SD card isnʼt included in the box)
Locate the slot for the micro SD card (Located at the bottom right side of the phone,above the three battery gold connectors)
Using your fingernails,slide the metal lid to the right and lift it. This will unlock theMicro SD Card tray. Place the Micro SD card in place and lock the metal lid by sliding it to the left.

STEP FOUR -HOW TO TURN ON/OFF YOUR DEVICE

Turn ON: Firmly, “press and hold” the powerbutton for five seconds.
Turn OFF: Firmly, “press and hold” the power button for five

HOW TO NAVIGATE YOUR THE JETHRO SIMPLE BAR

By pressing the 4-way Navigation Key youcan scroll and select items.
Think of it as a compass in which you have Up, Down,Left and Right.
When the item is selected, simply press the OK / Execute Key.

THE LEFT (MENU) AND RIGHT (SPKR) SOFT KEYS

The Soft Keys (Menu and SPKR) are also Appdriven multi-function keys that allows whenavailable to select certain applications or command sat either the left or the right bottomof the display.

JETHRO 4G SIMPLE BAR HOME SCREEN

The Status Bar shows the phone vitals such as, batterylevel, signal strength, time and notifications suchas alarms, calendar events and other open events.

Home Screen displays Time, Dateand Carrier

To open Notifications, from the homescreen simply press UP Navigation Key.

HOW TO MAKE PHONE CALLS

To make a phonecall from theHomeScreen, simply input the number and press the Call/Send Key to initiate the call.

To make a phone call from anywhere in the system, press the Red End Key until the Home Screen is reached.
Input the number and press the Call/Send Keykey to initiate the call.

To make a phone call fromthe contact list. Scroll down the list using the NavigationKey. Find the contact and press the Call/Send Key.

HOW TO ANSWER, ACCEPT OR REJECT PHONE CALLS

If the phone begins to ring, the caller ID will tell you who is calling. S imply Press the Green Call /Send Key to answer the call

To End or Reject a phone call, simply press the End key.

RECENT PHONE CALLS

TheJethro 4G Simple Bar phone has the ability toautomatically create a recent phone list of calls either accepted,missedor dialed.Thislist is constantly been updatedby the new phonecalls, deleting the oldest entries.

From the home menu, press the Call/Send Key and use theNavigation Key to scroll left or right to display the records by call type: Missed Calls, Received Calls, Dialed Calls, All Calls.

All calls displays the date, time and the phone number. If the phone number is already added to the Phonebook (Contacts) it will include different icons to indicate the type of number.

If there is the need to get more information from a specific recent phone call, choose from the following options:

In Call History, press Menu Key or OK Key to viewmore Options:
Create new contact: Create a new contact for this caller.
Add to contacts: Save the callerʼs number as existing contact.
Send a message: Open the message menu for this caller.
Block number: Prevent this caller to call you again.
Call Details: Group all the call records of this caller.
Delete: Delete the phone record.
Clear call history: Delete all the call records.
Settings: More options such as Voicemail, etc…

ADDITIONAL PHONE FEATURES

Sound off: Silence the phonewhen needed.From the Home Screen do the following:

Press and hold the “#” button for three seconds to switch between Normal Mode and SilentMode for vibration only.

To switch back to normalmode, simply press and hold the “#” key for three seconds

OTHER MOST USEFUL FEATURES

Unlock the Keypad: If your keypadislocked, press and hold the Keypad Lock Button for 3 seconds to unlock the keypad. Tolock the keypad again, simply press theKeypad Lockbuttonmore than 3 seconds.

Switching between current phone calls: If you are on a phone call and you receive another phonecall, the Jethro Simple 4G Bar phone will beep to inform you that you have another person calling you.The caller ID will work duringthe call and let you know who is calling.

If you want to put the current call on hold and answer the new incoming call, simply press the Call/Send Key.

If you want to return to the first phone call, press the Call/Send key again.

Block Mobile Data Access: Completely block mobile data access. Go to Settings, Scroll down, select Network and Internet, Click OK, select Data usage, Click OK,then scroll down to Mobile Data, click OK to turn off the Data access

Reset Phone (Erase all information): Go toSettings, scroll down, select System, scroll down, select Reset Options, scroll down, select Erase all data (factory reset), click OK, the follow the prompt steps. Important: All contacts and data in the phone will be lost if Reset is performed.
