Set Up / Montage

Open shipping carton. Assembly > Unboxing

Add oil. ****Assembly > Add Engine Oil.
Recommended: 10W-30, up to 16.9 fl. oz. (500 ml) DO NOT overfill.

Move the generator outdoors
Move generator to an open, outdoor area. Point exhaust away. Never run generator in enclosed areas (e.g., not in house or garage).
Keep all objects at least 5 feet (1.5 m) from generator. Heat from the muffler and exhaust gas can ignite combustible materials.

Add fuel. **Assembly > Add Fuel: Gasoline DO NOT use E15 or E85.

Connect propane cylinder.
**Assembly > Add Fuel: Propane (LPG)
Start Up / Arrancar
DO NOT plug in any electrical devices.
NEVER START OR STOP THE GENERATOR
WITH ELECTRICAL DEVICES CONNECTED OR TURNED ON!
For Gasoline Operation
Turn the fuel cap vent lever to the “ON” (|) position.
For Propane Operation
Open the propane tank valve.
Turn the dial to the “CHOKE” position.
For Gasoline Operation
Pull the recoil to start the engine.
For Propane Operation
Pull the recoil 3-5 times to prime the engine.
For Gasoline Operation
Turn the dial to the gasoline “RUN” position.
For Propane Operation
Turn the dial to the propane “RUN” position.
For Propane Operation
Pull the recoil to start the engine.
Plug in. ****Operation > Connecting Electrical Loads.
