PLUG AND PLAY

The webcam is compatible with both Windows and Mac computers. To setup your webcam, plug the USB cord of the webcam into a USB plug on your device. The webcam will begin to install automatically on your device. Allow the webcam about 1 minute to finish installing before attempting to access.

Note: if you have two webcam

Example: Skype

1. Go to Skype settings
2. Click on Audio & Video and choose UVC Camera
3. Select Capture Input terminal (Hisilicon HD Audio)

Download Software: Potplayer From website:https://potplayer.en.softonic.com/

1. Open Video: Potplayer-Open-Device settings
2. Webcam-Device(UVC Camera)-Format(1920*1080 59.94)-Audio Device (WASAPI-Capture Input terminal(Hisilicon HD Audio)-Open Device

FAQ

Question: Why is there no image when connected to the computer?
Answer: Please check the camera power indicator, if red please plug into different USB port.

Question: Why are the images different?
Answer: Maybe your computer has two cameras, please choose UVC Camera.

Question: Why is my voice and other sound not recorded?
Answer: Make sure your microphone selected is WASAPI-Capture Input Terminal (Hisilicon HD Audio)

Question: Why does the software show 1280720P instead of 19201080p?
Answer: Because some software does not support 1920*1080P, but automatically selects the best resolution
