How to first add a WIFI IP Camera by Camhipro APP (ConnectNetwork

cable)?

1. 1.2Connection network cable to router and plug-in power adapter.
   

2. 1.2 Connect LAN cable and power to the camera, it needs about one minute to self-checking and then starts working.
   Tips: The router must be able to connect to the internet! Please use the standard power supply.

3. 1.3 Network indicator light (green): always flashing means network data transmission is normal.

4. 1.4 Download “Camhipro”, “Camhi” APP in Google Play or Apple Store, or Scan QR as follows; and
   Install, connect the mobile phone to the WIFI network, enter the APP and click “Add Device
   button” to enter the Add Device interface.

5. 1.5 Steps: Configure WIFI IP Camera Configuration

   2. Add New device(first use);| 8. Select local wireless

How to Connect WiFi IP Camera by Hot-Spot Camhipro APP

(No Network Cable)?
Go to your cell phone’s Wi-Fi Setting — search Wi-Fi signals — connect to the Wi-Fi.
The name of Wi-Fi Hot Spot is the UID on the camera (Wi-Fi name: IPCAM-900139 Camera default Wi-Fi Hot Spot password: 01234567

Tips:

1. Do not connect network Cable;
2. Only when the mobile phone is 3-5 meters away from the camera can the hot spot signal be detected, please close the mobile data when connect the camera Hot Spot;
3. First time connect camera power on after 10-20 seconds for self-test;
4. If there is no camera in the list, please press and hold the reset button for 15 seconds, the camera will be restored to factory settings;

Add Camera

Add your camera to the “CamHipro” APP follow the steps of the below pictures.
Steps：

1. add device ”IP Camera”;
2. Add Device in use;
3. Scan QR Code or search nearby device;
4. QR on IP Camera bottom or search nearby devices;
5. Device information including UID user name and password (default user name and password admin);
6. Device on line

WIFI IP Camera How to reset password when forget password?

Method B: Please restore the camera to factory settings:
Method 1: Press the reset button for more than 10 seconds and make sure that the camera remains on. After about 60 seconds, the camera will successfully restore the factory settings and then set up WiFi for the camera on the phone again.

Method 2: Open the mobile APP → enter the camera settings → select “system settings” → click “restore factory settings”

Method A: When your PC and camera are in the same local area network (usually means they are connected to the same router), you can reset the camera password on the  “SearchTool”.
Step 1. Open “SearchTool” on the PC.
Step 2. Click “Refresh” to search the camera IP, then select the IP address and click “Next”.
Step 3. Click “Reset Password” to reset the camera password to the default password. Tip: The default password of the camera is admin.
