How to connect the earbuds?
Please hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the earbuds. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
How to pair with my phone?
Please go to Bluetooth setting on your phone and search for “JBL TUNE 130NC TWS”. Then you can pair with it.
How to use the earbuds?
Please press the power button to turn on/off and adjust volume. You can also answer calls by pressing the power button.
How to charge the earbuds?
Please charge the earbuds with a USB cable (not included) by connecting it with a computer or a wall adapter. It takes about 2 hours to fully charge it.
Can I charge my earbuds while charging the case?
Luckily, you can charge both your earbuds and case at the same time. First, open the earbud charging case that came with your earbuds. Place the buds into their corresponding slots in the case. Then, close the lid.
How do you charge JBL earbuds without a case?
To charge Earbuds with a micro USB, you need to plug a Micro USB cable into your device and either into a computer or a USB adapter. Then you have to sit and wait until your earphones get fully charge.
How do I know when my earbuds are fully charged?
If you have AirPods Pro or AirPods (3rd generation), you can tap the case when it’s on the charging mat to see whether your AirPods Pro or AirPods (3rd generation) are charging (amber light) or fully charged (green light).
How do I know if my JBL battery is low?
Simply look at the LED indicator on the front of the speaker. If it is blinking in red, then it means that the battery is low and requires charging.15
Why is one side of my JBL earbuds not working?
When the two earpieces begin to pair, sometimes the left side is unable to automatically pair together, leaving you to suffer one-sided audio if you don’t remedy the issue. Take out the right earbud from the charging case. It will begin attempting to pair, you can discern this from a blinking blue light.
How do I reset my JBL earbuds?
Press and hold the ‘Volume +’ and ‘Volume –’ buttons until the LED indicator light begins to blink. This should be about 15 seconds. Once the LED light begins to blink, the pairing settings have been reset. Now, turn the Bluetooth on your device on again.
Why do my JBL earbuds keep turning off?
It just means it’s time for a recharge. If you notice that your headphones turn off, work for a few minutes, and turn off again, simply charge them for a few hours and they should function as normal. There’s no reason for concern; just charge the headphones.
Do JBL headphones turn off automatically?

The primary reason why some JBL headphones pause automatically is that they operate on the 2.4 GHz ISM band Bluetooth connectivity. The ISM frequencies are unregulated; hence its overload on various household items causes signal disruptions.
