  2. Unable to add new item (several different prompt messages).

  3. The “Find My App can find the anti-lost tracker, but the tracker beeps when entering information or waiting for “Setting about to be completed” process.
    2 & 3 Solutions:
    a) The tracker has not been connected before, it is new, or it has been connected before, but the iPhone and the anti-lost tracker have been unpaired;
    b) Fully charge the device via the wireless charger. If you hear a beep sound when pressing the power button , it means the tracker can be normally powered on.
    c) Short press the button 5 times. Press and hold the button for the 5th time until you hear a beep sound.

    I) Turn on the “Find My” App to search again and connect the device.
    j) If the connection still fails, please go back to step (e) to continue the operation. Sometimes you need to repeat it several times to connect and pair normally.

  4. The anti-lost tracker has been paired by other iPhone. The iPhone APP has been not unpaired, nor has the anti-lost tracker been unpaired locally. In this case, the APP can’t find the anti-lost tracker.

  5. The anti-lost tracker has been paired by other iPhone. The iPhone APP has been not unpaired, but the anti-lost tracker has been unpaired locally. In this case, the APP can search the anti-lost tracker, but can’t connect to it. Only when the iPhone which is paired to the anti-lost tracker is unpaired in the APP, can the anti-lost tracker been paired.

  6. When the new anti-lost tracker is turned on by pressing power button, it prompts “beep beep” sound and can’t be turned on.
    The battery of the device is low. Please fully charge the device through the wireless charger before turning it on and pairing your iPhone.

Notes for unpairing:

  1. When the iPhone and the paired anti-lost tracker are within the range of Bluetooth communication (you can click “Play Sound” in the APP to check whether the iPhone is connected to the paired anti-lost tracker). Operation for unpairing: Remove the pairing in the “Find My” APP. After successful removal, the tracker will
    have a successful unpairing prompt sound. At this time, the device can be connected with other iPhone.

  2. When the iPhone and the paired anti-lost tracker are not within the range of Bluetooth
    communication Operation for unpairing:
    Step 1: Unpair the paired anti-lost tracker in the “Find My” App.
    Step 2: The anti-lost tracker can be unpaired by local unpairing operation (short press the button 5 times. Press and hold the button for the 5th time until you hear a prompt sound).
    That is to say, the APP on the iPhone should be unpaired and the anti-lost tracker should be unpaired locally. After both sides are successfully unpaired, then the anti- lost tracker can be connected and used by other iPhone. If one side of the device is successfully unpaired and the other side is not, the anti-lost tracker cannot be used by other iPhone.

Other Notes:

  1. The time for pairing and unpairing of “Find My” APP fluctuates. This is related to the network speed of the iPhone, the smoothness of the iPhone itself and the signal strength of the anti-lost tracker.

  2. Running out of battery doesn’t affect the normal use of the anti-lost tracker. Fully charge the tracker by the wireless charger and then turn it on. Keep your iPhone and anti-lost tracker within the Bluetooth communication range. If you click “Play Sound” in the APP and the “Unable to connect message appears, then click “Play Sound” in the APP several times. At this time, the tracker will play a prompt sound and the “Unable to connect” message will disappear. Since the iPhone and the anti-lost tracker must be connected before the sound can be played properly.

  3.  Reasons why the location information and time of the anti-lost tracker are updated slowly or not:
    a) The anti-lost tracker may have been locally unpaired by someone else;
    b) The battery of the anti-lost tracker may be dead;
    c) The device may have been turned off by someone else;
    d) The network, Bluetooth, location services of the paired iPhone may not be turned on;
    e) The anti-lost tracker may have been judged by the APP as being used for tracking others (determined by Apple’s APP algorithm);
    f) The anti-lost tracker may be in a space where the signal is blocked and can’t communicate with other devices;
    g) There may be no other iPhones around the anti-lost tracker, so the location information can’t be reported.

  4. If the anti-lost tracker makes a beep sound or no sound when it is turned on, it means that the battery is dead. If there is still no beep sound after charging, the device may be damaged.

  5. Since the iPhone and the anti-lost tracker are communicating by Bluetooth, the position error between them is a few meters. Unlike AirTag, which has several centimeters position error, because it has UWB module. In the case of close range, you can click “Play Sound” in the APP to check the exact location of the anti-lost tracker.

  6. When the connection between the iPhone and the anti-lost tracker is finished, click “Play Sound” in the APP immediately. Sometimes it will prompt “Unable to connect” and the anti-lost tracker won’t play the sound, which is normal. After a few seconds, click the “Play Sound” in the APP, and the device can play sound properly. After the iPhone is connected to the anti-lost tracker, please wait a few seconds before operating, so that the problem won’t occur.

  7. When the connection between the iPhone and the anti-lost tracker is finished, click “Available Updates” in the APP immediately. Sometimes the APP page will be refreshed, but there is no “Update” pop-up window, which is normal. After a few seconds, click “Available Updates” in the APP, and the “Update” pop-up window will appear. After the iPhone is connected to the anti-lost tracker, please wait a few seconds before operating, so that the problem won’t occur
