Introduction
Hello! Thank you for purchasing a Lingley product. In order to best use this product and to prevent personal injury, please be sure to read the safety instructions in this  annual before use.

Important Safety Instructions

To prevent the risk of burns, fire, electric shock or injury:

  • Do not use this appliance with wire tangled. Do not twist the power cord during use or storage.
  • Do not wrap the power cord around the body of the device. Do not apply undue force to the power adapter, socket, or power cord.
  • If the product is damaged, do not touch any internal parts. Do not use this product around the eyes.
  • We recommend wearing protective glasses for every use. Although the light will not directly affect your eyes, the high-frequency flashing light may affect your vision.
  • When you need back hair removal or ice compress, you may need an assistant or partner. It may be risky if you use it alone.
  • If your hair is longer than 1mm, please shave before use

NOTE: Excessively long hair absorbing heat on the surface of the skin will cause skin redness and swelling, and scorched hair will produce peculiar smells, which will affect your experience of using the product.

  • If the skin is sensitive to light and is prone to rash or allergies.

  • If the irradiated site is infected, has rash, skin lesions, hematoma, etc.

  • If you have suppressed immune response diseases (including HIV / AIDS infection etc.)

  • If you have hemorrhagic disease.

  • If you have used chemical methods for hair removal within the past 30 days.

  • If you have used skin whitening products or vitamins within the past 30 days.

  • Please be cautious when using other cosmetics with Vitamin A

  • Cannot be used with essential oil products. Please make sure that the skin on the exposed area is clean and dry with no creams, lubricants, or other cosmetics are used.
    NOTE: If the surface of the skin is not clean and not dry it may affect the use experience of the product, and even damage the product.

  • If you are using drugs such as aspirin.

  • If you have recently used light-sensitive drugs (such as tetracycline, sulfa, etc.) do not use this product for at least 30 days after last use

  • If you have sunburn, please wait for the skin to repair before using Do not use it on sensitive skin.

  • If you have any type of wound that has not healed do not use this device.

  • If you take painkillers it will reduce the skin’s sensitivity to heat, and it is recommended to use it carefully before the effect of the medicine is relieved.

  • If your skin or hair color is not suitable for this device according to the chart below (P06 ), do not use this product. (If necessary, please consult your doctor before use) 0 Do not use it inducing but not limited to the following areas.

To reduce the risk of burns, damage or injury:

  • Do not use antiperspirant after irradiating the underarms.
  • Please confirm and clean the dirt of the light outlet port regularly.
  • Do not put the light outlet port close to items that are easy to demagnetize.
  • Do not use when the vent is blocked.
  • Do not irradiate clothes, hair and other objects.
  • Do not use on pets.
  • Do not use this product around the eyes to avoid eye damage.
  • Do not use it near children. The product will emit strong light, which can easily hurt your eyes. After use, please wipe clean the hair and skin care products that attached to the product.
  • Please set the irradiation intensity according to your skin condition. Start using it from level 1 for the first time.
  • After use, if the skin is slightly hot and red, this is normal. The ice-cool mode can be turned on to relieve skin discomfort.
  • When the back hair removal operation is required, it is recommended to have a partner to help.
  • The product cannot be left unattended after it is turned on. Please turn it off after use.
  • Before use, clean the skin and make sure it is completely dry and free of oily stains. Off the using environment temperature differs more than 40°F (from high temperature to low temperature or in reverse), please turn off the device and put it aside for 2 hours before using it.
  • Do not use near flammable and explosive materials (including sprayers, gas stations, etc.)
  • Do not touch the light outlet port after use because the light outlet port generates high temperature.
  • Within 24 hours after irradiation, please avoid direct ultraviolet rays on the irradiated part. Alf the skin of the irradiated area is not dry or clean it may cause the product to not flash or flash unexpectedly.
  • Do not place the product in the sun or expose it to ultraviolet light for a long time.

Before Use

  • Please thoroughly clean the skin and ensure that the skin is hair-free and completely dry and free of any substances.

Tips

  • If you feel any pain or discomfort lower the level.
  • Compared to white skin, darker skin are more likely to develop skin allergies because the skin absorbs more light. Therefore, people with darker skin are recommended to use a lower level.
  • The light on the skin may feel warm after use, but it should never be painful.
  • Due to the existence of various reasons, your skin may react differently due to different flash pulses .

Skin Sensitivity Test
If you are using this product for the first time or have recently tanned, you should conduct a skin test on each part to be treated. The skin test is necessary to check whether the skin responds to radiation and to determine the correct light intensity level for each treatment area.

  1. Select a part near the area to be treated.
    Note: Do not try to use this product on difficult or sensitive parts (foot bare or bone parts).

  2. Press and hold the power button° for 2 seconds to turn on, make sure to select level

  3. Place the device vertically on the skin so that the light outlet port is in contact with the

  4. Press the flash button to release a flash.

  5. Slide the device against the skin to the next area to be treated.

  6. Increase the setting level by level, release a flash, and then slide the device to the next part. Repeat this operation for all levels within the recommended light intensity range for your skin type.

  7. After the skin test, check the skin condition after 2 hours. If there is no abnormality (redness, blisters) in the irradiated area, you can use this product with confidence.

Steps for Hair Removal

  1.  Before use the product, use a razor to shave the hair in the area that needs to be treated (wet the hair and use the wet shaving method to avoid irritation).

  2. After inserting the adapter and connecting the power supply, the display flashes three times and displays “OFF”.

  3. Find the recommended level in the Light Energy Level chart. If your skin/color hair gets x in the chart, please don’t use this

  4. Wear protective glasses (or sunglasses) during treatment to avoid eye injury.

  5. Press and hold the power button0 for 2 seconds to turn on the machine.

  6. At this time, adjust the level according to your skin color, and short press the level button 0 to adjust the appropriate level. The level you choose will be indicated on the display. It is recommended to start with level 1 for the first use The higher the level, the better the hair removal effect will be without damaging the

  7. Choose to use single flash mode or automatic flash mode.
    • In Single flash mode, after choosing level, press the flash button once and the light will flash once. Place the product vertically on the skin that needs to be treated. If the light outlet port fits the skin completely, the display light will flash. The display light will not flash when it doesn’t completely fit.

The cycle icon° will show up on the display. At this time, place the product vertically on the skin that needs to be treated. If the light outlet port fits the skin completely, the display light will flash and stay.

NOTE:

  • There is no ice-cool mode by default (no snow icon on the display). Short press the ice-cool button to start/stop the ice-cool mode. The cooling effect can reduce the burning sensation after use.
  • Long press the automatic button to switch between the two modes.
  • In Automatic flash mode, the machine will not emit light if it is not in contact with the skin.
  • Do not keep flashing on the same part of the skin. Flash once and change to another position to continue removing

Steps for Ice Compress Mode

  1. Hold and press the power button for 2 seconds to turn on the

  2. Press the ice-cool button to start ice compress mode.

  3. Fit the ice compress panel to the part of the hair removal site and move it back and forth to relieve the discomfort of the skin.
    NOTE: There’s no need to press flash button in ice compress mode.

  4. After finishing the treatment you can hold and press the power button for 2 seconds to power off the product or continue to operate in other modes.

NOTE:
After powering off, due to the high internal temperature, the cooling system will continue to work for a period of time. This is Please wait for it to stop working before unplugging the power supply.

  • It is recommended to avoid contact with water within 6 hours after the hair removal operation. After 6 hours, moisturize the treated area.
  • Please do not use perfume, facial mask, or cosmetics containing scrub beads after hair removal.
  • Within 24 hours after the hair removal operation please avoid UV exposure, and if necessary, please apply sunscreen products. If you feel unwell, please consult a doctor.
  • Sunbathing is likely to cause skin darkening or sunburn. Irradiation at this time will cause redness, swelling, inflammation, Therefore, during the use of this product, do not expose your skin to the sun. Wait at least 1 week after your sunburn has recovered before using this device.
  • It is strictly forbidden to expose the treated area to the sun within 48 hours after hair removal . Always pay attention to whether there is any bad skin reaction with sunlight exposure. Please use SPF30+ sunscreen for sun protection after 72 hours.
  • Artificial skin tanning is not allowed during the hair removal
  • If you need to undergo plastic surgery after hair removal (only for the hair removal area), please consult your doctor

Note: Adjust the use frequency according to the growth of the hair. For heavy hair, you can increase the level and frequency appropriately. The setting varies from person to person.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Please clean the product before and after each hair removal to avoid long-term accumulation of hair deposits and dust. If you do not clean normally, this product will not work as expected.

  • Check this product, especially the light outlet port and body parts, before use. Make sure they are all clean and free from debris.
