DEVIANT RACE PARTS 45902 Billet Mirror
Tools you may need
- 5MM Allen Wrench
- 4MM Allen Wrench
- 14MM End Wrench
- Locktite
INSTALLATION

Begin by applying a small amount of red lock tite to the threads of the ball stud.

Thread the ball stud into the clamp and leave loose. This will be tightened once its on the machine.

With the mirror side down. Place the ball stud into the pocket as shown.

Place the mirrors back cap over the ball stud. Loosely install the three 4MM screws into the mirror.

Place the clamp cap on the roll bar with threaded holes facing away from the windshield.

Install the four 5MM screws into the roll bar clamp, and tighten after it’s placed in your desired location.

Now that the roll bar clamp is tight you can now tighten the ball stud with a 14MM wrench.

Loosely tighten the screw shown first on the back cap. Then loosely tighten the two screws closest to the roll bar clamp evenly. The screw thats furthest away from the roll bar should press the back cap against the mirror. Once the mirror is adjusted to the desired position tighten the two screws closest to the roll bar clamp.

The gap between the mirror and the back cap should look like this.
