What is Dynalink TV box?
Dynalink Android TV box gives you the most exciting entertainment experience you may have, with 4K HDR. Get personal recommendations from your subscriptions – including  Netflix, shows, movies, live TV, and more – all in one place. Make you have the best user experience of your casual time.
Dynalink Android TV box requires a TV with an HDMI, Wi‐Fi, a Google Account, a nearby electrical outlet or USB port, and also a compatible mobile device. To view content in 4K, a  4K‐capable TV and reliable broadband internet connection are also required. Even more, if you want to have an immersive sound experience, the Dolby sound system is also required.   Dynalink Android TV box is compatible with almost any TV that has an HDMI port. Just plug it in, connect to Wi‐Fi, and enjoy it.
What is streaming?
Streaming is related to watching videos or listening to music directly from the internet, instead of downloading files to your computer.
Are there additional costs?
Dynalink does not charge any rental fee or monthly service subscription, device fees.
You will only be charged a monthly subscription for services or channels that are available from Dynalink Channel Store such as Netflix.
What can I watch?
Typical Google services that support Android TV are available on Dynalink TV Box, for example, Chromecast, Google Assistant, Google Play, YouTube.
Note:

  1. The availability of Android TV Apps is different depending on the country or region.
  2. Dynalink TV Box is intended for consumer use and should not be used by developers. The Apps that require advanced certification are not available on Dynalink TV Box.

Can I control my TV box with voice commands?
Yes. Dynalink has a built-In Google Assistant and in Apps voice search. Search for photos, check the weather and set an alarm. Your life should be simple.
Do I need an extra Dynalink TV box for each TV at my place?
A Dynalink TV box is created to work with one TV at a time. We recommend getting an extra Dynalink TV box device for additional TVs.

How do I get started?

Do I need a special TV for Dyanlink TV box?
Any type of TV with an HDMI connection could be worked with Dynalink TV box.
Do I need a high‐speed internet connection?
Dynalink TV box performs well with most broadband services. It is not necessary to have a high-speed internet connection. However, a slow connection may cause video playback issues when streaming.
What more can I do?
Can I connect a Bluetooth device to Dynalink TV box?
You can connect Dynalink to a smartphone, computer, or tablet via Bluetooth.
What is 4K?
What is 4K Ultra HD (4K UHD) resolution?
4K (K stands for kilo) means the resolution of the TV of approximately 4,000 pixels. It indicates how clear you can see from your screen. 4K has surpassed the likes of HD and Full  HD.
What is HDR
HDR stands for High Dynamic Range. HDR screens provide a wider ranger of brightness and colors that make the video more realistic.

How to update the system to the latest SW version?
Please follow the steps to check update
Step1. Go to the settings page then select the “Device Preferences” item.
Step2. Go to the “About” item then select “System update”.
Step3. Press the “Check for update” button to check if there is a newer version of SW.
How to use Android TV App to control Dynalink TV Box?
Please download the Android TV App from the Google play store. Ensure the device and the device with Android TV apps are in the same Wi-fi network. Find the device name to connect it.
How to do the factory reset on Dynalink TV Box?
Please follow the following steps to do the factory reset:
Step 1. Go to the “Settings” page, and then select “Device Preferences”.
Step 2. Select “About”.
Step 2. Select “Factory Reset” to start.
Note: All data will be erased.
How to connect Micro USB Cable
Please connect the Micro USB Cable to power on your Dynalink TV Box.
How to pair BT Remote Control
Step 1. Go to the “Settings” page, then select the “Connected Devices”.
Step 2. Select the “Dynalink Remote” and un‐pair it.
Step 3. Press the “OK” and “Vol‐” keys on the BT Remote Control to trigger the repair process.

DEVICE ISSUES & TROUBLESHOOTING

Why my Dynalink TV box cannot be powered on?
Please check if the power cord is fully plugged into the device. If the device still can’t be powered on, the power cord may be defective. Please change the power cord and try again.
What to do if my BT remote control cannot connect to Dynalink TV  Box?
Please check if the remote control is out of the range of connectivity. Make sure you are close enough to the device. Changing the batteries of the remote control may help.
Pressing the button on the device makes BT pair again. Follow the steps to pair BT remote control.

What can I do if BT remote control cannot pair with Dynalink TV Box at the first boot up?
Please check if the remote control is out of the range of connectivity. Make sure you are close enough to the device.
Changing the batteries of the remote control may help.
If the steps above cannot solve the issue, please restart the device and try again.
What should I do if my Dynalink TV Box is unable to connect to Wi‐Fi?
Please check if other devices can connect to Wi‐Fi. If the Wi‐Fi AP cannot be connected, please check with the Wi‐Fi AP troubleshooting guide.
If only Dynalink TV Box cannot connect to Wi‐Fi, please ensure the setting to connect to Wi‐Fi is correct. If still not working as expected, try to reset the network setting of the device.

What to do if the TV has no sound or video?
Please ensure the HDMI cable is fully connected to the TV and the device. If the cable is fully connected and there is still no video or sound, then the cable may be defective. Please try using another HDMI cable.
What to do if the App crashes or is not responding?
Please reboot the device. After the device’s reboot, check for system and App updates. If the App is still crashing or not responding, please force stop, clear cache and data, or uninstall and re‐install the App.
What to do if the voice search is not working?
Please ensure the device is already connected to the internet. If the device is connected to the internet and it is still not working, you may need to re‐pair the BT  Remote Control:
Step 1. Go to the “Settings” page, then select the “Connected Devices”.
Step 2. Select the “Dynalink Remote” and un‐pair it.
Step 3. Press the “OK” and “Vol‐” keys on the BT Remote Control to trigger the repair process.

Note: If you cannot see “Dynalink Remote” in the “Connected Devices” list, please jump to Step 3 directly.
What can I do if I can’t sign in to my Google account during Dynalink TV
Box setup process?
Please ensure your password is correct. If you forget the password and no longer have access to your Gmail, please use another account and try again.
What can I do if the TV can’t display with Dynalink TV Box?
Please plug and unplug the HDMI cable several times. If it doesn’t work, please find another TV/Display set to try again. It may be caused by elder TV or damaged EDID.
