WASH UP
Fill the container halfway with warm water, add a drop of dish soap, and secure the lid. Select your blender’s lowest speed, start the blender, and quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 1 minute, then rinse the container. -
DESIGN A SMOOTHIE
For your first recipe, we recommend a quick smoothie. Use the chart on the back. -
LOAD INGREDIENTS
Add ingredients in the order shown here for the fastest, smoothest blend. -
BLEND IT
Select Variable 1. Start the machine, slowly increase to its highest speed, and blend for 30 to 45 seconds. -
TASTE YOUR CREATION
Pretty good, right?

1 cup soy milk
1 cup yogurt
1 cup fruit juice
1 cup water -
CHOOSE 1 GREEN: (optional)
2 cups spinach
1 cup kale
½ head of romaine
1 romaine heart
¾ cup raw broccoli
1 small head of Bibb or Boston lettuce -
CHOOSE 2 FRUITS + VEGETABLES:
1 apple
1 cup strawberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup grapes
1 orange, peeled
1 cup melon, peeled
1 cup pineapple
1 banana, peeled
1 carrot
1 cup peaches
1 cup mango, peeled
½ cup papaya, peeled
2 stalks celery
½ cup cucumber
