Fitting

  1. Select eartips of the most fitting size provided{large,medium,small).
  2. Plesase install the fitting eartips on the earphone.
  3. Wear the earbuds.
    Pick up the earbud accordingly{R/L).

    Open the device’s Bluetooth to search “AlO”and hear the “dong dong” sound after to connect.

FAQ

  1. The earbuds do not turn on.
    Pis confirm the earbuds have power first,if not charged pls charge up and the power on.

  2. Unsuccessful Bluetoth Pairing.
    Make sure the earbuds are turned on and in pairing state ,the pairing distance is kept within lm.

  3. Some Bluetooth Devices Require a pairing Password.
    Please enter”0000″

  4. Automatically Re-connect.
    When power on,it will automatically re-connect to the last connected device.

  5. How long will it turn off automatically when it doesn’t connect?
    The earbuds will automatically turn off after 5 mins if it doesn’t connect with other Bluetooth devices.

  6. When the earbuds cannot be charged.
    Pis wipe the earbuds metal charging spots.

  7. Why I can’t open ANC Mode?
    Pls press the right earbuds to turn on the ANC Mode.
