IMPORTANT! READ CAREFULLY AND KEEP FOR FUTURE REFERENCE
Read all instructions and warnings before assembling and using your Discovery
Seat and Booster. Failure to follow each instruction can result in serious
injury or death to your baby.
IMPORTANT: Floor Seat Positioner Mode: This product is intended for children at least 4 months of age, able to hold their head up unaided, and under 33lbs (15kg). Booster Seat Mode: This product is intended for children able to sit unaided (minimum 6 months) and up to 36 months or a maximum weight of 33lbs (15kgs).
WARNING
FALL HAZARD: Children have suffered head injuries, including skull
fractures, after falling with, falling while in, and falling from booster
seats and floor seats.
- Stay near and watch your child during use.
- NEVER leave the child unattended.
- NEVER lift or carry a child in this product.
- NEVER use this product in a motor vehicle.
Floor Seat/Positioner Use:
- Use ONLY on the floor.
- NEVER use on an elevated surface.
- ALWAYS use restraints. Adjust to fit snugly.
- STOP using when the child can climb out or walk.
- NEVER use product near stairs.
- NEVER use Adult Chair Straps when using the product on the floor as a Floor Seat/Positioner.
DROWNING HAZARD: Infants have drowned when floor seats have been placed in a bath tub or pool
- NEVER use in or near water.
- WARNING: Use ONLY with a child that is able to hold their head up unassisted.
Booster Seat Use:
- Check that the booster seat is securely attached to the adult chair before each use.
- Always use restraints until child is able to get in and out of booster seat without help. Adjust to fit snugly. The tray is not designed to hold the child in the chair.
- Always secure both back and seat straps to adult chair.
- Never allow a child to push away from the table.
- Do not use this product on stools or benches. A backrest is needed for proper attachment.
- WARNING: Use this product only for children capable of sitting upright unassisted.
Avoid Hazardous Situations!

Do not add additional strings or straps to the product.

Strings can cause strangulation! DO NOT place items with a string around child’s neck such as hood strings or pacifier cords. DO NOT suspend
strings over product or attach strings to toys. -
Inspect product before each use. Never use this product if any parts are missing, damaged, torn or broken. Contact Infantino for replacement parts and instructions if needed. Never use any hardware or parts that are not supplied with the product.

Never use near strong sources of heat.

Adult assembly and supervision required.
Care Instructions
Plastic Components, Seat Cushion and Toys: Surface clean only with a damp sponge or cloth. Air dry only. Do not immerse in water.
Food Tray: Thoroughly wash the food compartments of the tray before using for snack time with mild soap and a clean sponge or cloth. Slide toy pods off and remove tray from seat to hand wash in sink. Tray may be immersed in water if toy pods are removed.

- Slide Clackers: Single slider bar with dynamic clacker chips. Added surface ripples for increased sensory interaction.
