Let’s get you all setup

Quick Start

Place the earphones in the charging case to charge before your first-time use. Charge the case using the USB-C cable and any 5V/1A power supply. The charging time is approximately 2 hours.
After use, please place the earphones back into the charging case, it will turn off automatically and save battery.
When the NS1100 is charging, the LED will light on in red, and off when fully charged. When the case is in charge, the LED will flash in white, and light on all 4 LEDs when fully charged.

Introduction
Take the earphones out of the case. The master side of the earphones will flash the LED white to indicate it’s in pairing mode. Turn on Bluetooth on your device for searching.
Select “Nocs NS1100 AIR” on the Bluetooth searched device list, the earphones will connect to your device.
Download the Nocs Design App from App Store or Google Play Store depending on your device.
Start the App and choose Nocs NS1100 AIR in the list to connect.
Perform the 3 minutes hearing test in the Nocs Design App and activate Personal Sound.
NS1100 AIR will automatically turn on when it is taken out of the case, and turn off when placed back into the case.
For manually turning on the NS1100 AIR, please touch and hold the earphones touch sensor button for 3 seconds, for manually turning off, please touch and hold the earphones touch sensor button for 5 seconds.
NS1100 AIR remembers previously connected devices. When turned on, NS1100 AIR attempts to reconnect to previously connected devices.
Bluetooth Pairing

Take the earphones out from the charging case or touch and hold the touch sensor button for 3 seconds to power on. The LED on the master side of the earphones will flash white to indicate it’s in pairing mode.
When pairing, please keep the NS1100 AIR and Bluetooth device in a 1-meter range and make sure the earphones are turned on.
Check the Bluetooth device found list on your device and search for new Bluetooth devices if you don’t see “Nocs NS1100 AIR” (Bluetooth product name), and then select the Nocs NS1100 AIR.
The LED will stop flashing when the earphones are successfully paired.
After the first time pairing the earphones and the paired Bluetooth device will automatically reconnect when available. Turn the NS1100 AIR on by taking them out from the charging case.
For manually turning on, please touch and hold the earphone touch sensor button for 3 seconds, for manually turning off, please touch and hold the earphone touch sensor button for 5 seconds.
TWS Pairing
Triple tap two times on both sides of the earphones to enter into TWS pairing mode.

Is there a problem?

Troubleshooting
The earphones are not connected to each other:
Triple tap two times on both sides of the earphones (either one side first or triple-tap twice on each side at the same time – the sequence doesn’t matter), then it will re-pair to each other. The pairing list will be cleared and reset back to default.
If you are having a problem of a stable connection: Try removing the Nocs NS1100 AIR from the pairing list on your device by selecting “forget” and then pairing with the device again.
If the earphones don’t turn off when placed in the charging case:
It means the case needs to be charged. Please turn off the earphones manually and charge your case.
Hardware Reset
Touch and hold any of the earphones for 11 seconds to reset the earphones.
