Technical support:

Please do not attempt to fix the product by yourself. Connect the included EU cable in order to use this item.

  • The maximum amount of power this product will support is 6 Amp.
  • When using 1 USB port, the maximum amount of power is available to use through that port.
  • When multiple ports are in use, the total 6A of output power will be divided among the USB ports in use.
  • SV /6A of output power can simultaneously charge up to:
    – 2 smartphones + 1 tablet
    – 2 tablets
    – 2 power banks + 1 tablet + 1 smartphone
    – 4 smartphones
    (Other combinations should not exceed 6A).

Wireless charging:

  • Connect the included EU cable to the AC port of this item (4).
    Plug the EU cable to fit the wall socket.

  • Make sure your phone is compatible with wireless charging.

  • Put your wireless charging enabled device on the wireless charging surface (3) . The LED (5) will light up when charging.

Warnings:

  • Do not crush, dissemble, drop, expose to fire or short external contacts.
  • Keep the charger dry at all times to prevent corrosion of electronic circuits
  • Do not store the charger in dusty or dirty areas
  • Do not expose the charger to hot or cold temperatures.

Notes when using wireless charging (3):

  • Some phone cases may block the wireless charging
  • Do not place other materials, like metal objects, magnets, and magnetic stripe cards, between the mobile device and the wireless charger pad.
  • When the mobile device is not placed on the charging surface accurately, your mobile device may not charge properly.
  • Keep a distance of 20cm between the product and implantable medical devices to avoid potential interference.
  • If you use the wireless charger in areas with weak network coverage, you may lose your network reception.
  • Check your mobile device’s battery percentage using the charging icon displayed on the screen of your phone.

This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
Any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.

NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on,  the  user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:

  • Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
  • Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
  • Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
  • Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.

To maintain compliance with FCC’s RF exposure guidelines, This equipment should be installed and operated with a minimum distance between 20cm of the radiator your body: Use only the supplied antenna.
