Quick Start Guide

ATTENTION

  • DO NOT overload or squeeze the sensor puck as it can damage internal electronics.

  • Your HidrateSpark uses a magnetic USB charging cable for all your charging needs

  • The Chug lid and Straw lid, are ONLY designed for cold liquids.

  • Not for use with carbonated or pulpy beverages.

  • Prior to drinking make sure the lid is properly threaded to the body and screwed on completely or pressed down completely to the body

  • DO NOT overfill. Fill liquids below the threads to avoid accidental spilling.

  • DO NOT microwave or freeze.

  • DO NOT use cleaners containing bleach, chlorine, abrasives and/or harsh chemicals.

  • DO NOT continue to use if product is damaged.

  • DO NOT carry bottles containing liquid in bags to help prevent accidental opening.

  • Recommend recalibration if your bottle encounters a drop impact.

DOWNLOAD THE APP

  • Download our free HidrateSpark App from the App Store or on Google Play.
  • Check that you have an internet connection and your Bluetooth is turned on. Follow the steps in the app to create an account, set parameters for a personalized hydration goal, add your bottle to your profile, and set your push notifications and glow reminders.
  • Set down your bottle on a flat surface after every refill and drink. Remember to sync the app near the bottle each day so your water is tracked correctly.

GLOW REMINDERS

  • When setting up your bottle, you have the choice to pick your reminder glow color in the Bottles tab of the App. Use the color palette button located in your bottle’s card to choose your glow reminder color.

DISASSEMBLING & ASSEMBLING SENSOR PUCK

  • To disassemble puck from body, turn bottle upside down and unscrew puck counterclockwise from the body until puck pulls free.

  • To assemble puck to the body, turn bottle upside down and screw in the puck clockwise to the body until puck snaps into place. Please make sure puck is fully assembled and secured to the body to ensure accurate sip readings.
    Upon reassembly, we recommend recalibrating your sensor within the app.

RECHARGEABLE BATTERY INSTRUCTIONS

  • To charge, turn bottle upside down and remove puck.

  • Place puck on flat surface and attach the magnetic end of the HidrateSpark charging cable to the puck.

  • While charging your puck will illuminate and FLASH GREEN.

  • Once fully charged your puck will remain SOLID GREEN.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Before washing, ALWAYS remove sensor puck. Sensor puck must only be cleaned by using a damp cloth. NEVER submerge or dishwash sensor puck.

  • Wash lid and body thoroughly before first use.

  • RINSE LID & BODY AFTER EACH USE with the lid in the open position.

  • Lids and Tritan plastic body are top-rack dishwasher safe.

  • The Stainless Steel Body is HAND WASH ONLY. To clean the sensor puck only use a damp cloth. Never submerge or dishwash the sensor puck.

  • ALWAYS STORE BOTTLE WITH THE LID & SENSOR PUCK REMOVED to allow parts to dry completely.

Upon reassembly, we recommend recalibrating your sensor within the app.
