Product Material
Washable & Breathable Pillowcase
Pillowcase is made of hypoallergenic polyester fiber which is skin-friendly.
No chemicals contained.
Mesh cover in the middle of the pillow is very breathable and heat-relieving.
®Please do not wash the memory foam core. The pillowcase is hand and machine-
washable. (Max. water temperature 1 Q4°F/ 40°C)
Please wash the pillowcase separately for better protection.
How to remove the pillowcase?
- Untie the button in the middle ( IF APPLICABLE)
- Unzip pillowcase
- Remove the pillowcase
How to adjust firm&soft (IF APPLICABLE)
- Remove the support sticks {Firm&Soft)
- Choose the support sticks (Firm&Soft) based on your sleeping habits
- Put the support sticks (Firm&Soft) into the groove of the pillow
- Geen stick is firm and blue stick is soft
How to adjust to different heights (IF APPLICABLE)
- Open the pillow when you receive it, there are two heights
- Remove The Extra Memory Foam Inserts, become two heights (medium height)
- Take the support sticks out off the pillow, become another two heights (lowest height)
Notes: Alternative pillow hight combinations depend on your preference
Compressed Vacuum Packaging
This pillow arrives rolled up inside of a plastic bag. Carefully open the
plastic bag and take out the pillow. Give it 5-30 minutes to slowly expand to
its normal shape. Sometimes it may take up to 24 hours to fully expand due to
the humid and cold environment.
There may be a natural foam odor upon unpacking. If the smell bothers you,
wash the pillowcase before use and let the pillow core air off outdoors or
near an open window within 3-7 days. The odor will go away in a couple of
days.
Due to the foaming manufacture process, the pillow might show small-sized
bubble-like on the outside. This is a normal phenomenon.
NOTE:
PLEASE NOTE: Before using, please compare with the height of the pillows you
usually use and confirm that the height is suitable for you.
THIS PILLOW IS MODERATELY SOFT AND FIRM. THE FOLLOWING PEOPLE PLEASE
SERIOUSLY CONSIDER WHETHER TO LEAVE THE CERVICAL PILLOW.
- If you usually sleep with pillows that are too soft or too hard.
- If it is hurting your neck or shoulder now.
