User Instructions
Power ON/OFF
To turn ON the wireless speaker, press and hold the power button until the blue LED indicator light flashes.
You will also hear a short sound to indicate the speaker is switched ON.
The speaker is automatically in wireless mode. To turn OFF the wireless speaker, press and hold the power button until the blue LED indicator light is switched off. A short sound will also play to indicate the speaker has been turned OFF.
The speaker will automatically turn OFF if it is switched on and not paired to a device for more than five minutes.
Wireless Mode
Press and hold the power button until the blue LED indicator light flashes to turn ON the wireless speaker.
The wireless speaker is automatically on Wireless Mode and is discoverable in Bluetooth search lists. Ensure that the wireless speaker is no more than 10 meters away from the device you want to pair.
Use the Bluetooth search list on your device to find and select’ PB Penguin Speaker’ to pair with the wireless speaker. To confirm you have paired the wireless speaker successfully with your device a short sound will play and the blue LED indicator light will stop flashing and become static.
Once the wireless speaker has paired with your device, you can select audio files on your device to play directly via the wireless speaker. Press the power button to PLAY or PAUSE the audio from the wireless speaker.
If the pairing is disconnected, the blue LED indicator light will flash and a
short sound will play to indicate the speaker has now been disconnected from
the paired device and is discoverable in Bluetooth search lists again.
Charging
When the battery is running low, the wireless speaker will give a warning via a short sound and automatically go into Low Battery Mode. The wireless speaker will issue a total of three warnings to indicate the power is running low. After the third low battery warning, the wireless speaker will automatically turn OFF until charged.
To recharge the wireless speaker, insert the charger into the 5V port at the back of the wireless speaker and connect with a power source compatible with the USB charging cable (laptop, computer, or via mains plug adapter).
To indicate that the wireless speaker is charging, the LED indicator light will show static red. The LED indicator light will switch off to indicate the wireless speaker is fully charged.
Multispeaker Pairing
If you have two Planet Buddies wireless speakers, you can use the multispeaker pairing function. Turn ON two wireless speakers and ensure they are not connected to any other Bluetooth devices; the blue LED indicator light will flash on both wireless speakers. Double press the power button on one of the speakers and wait for a for a few seconds. A short sound will play to indicate the two speakers have paired successfully, while one wireless speaker shows the blue LED indicator light static, the other wireless speaker shows the blue LED indicator light flashing.
Use the Bluetooth search list on your device to search for and select` PB Penguin Speaker:
A short sound will play to indicate you have successfully paired your device with the wireless speakers.
Once your device is connected, you can play audio via both wireless speakers for a full stereo effect. Ensure the two paired wireless speakers and your connected device are separated by no more than 10 meters at all times in order to maintain the Bluetooth connection.
Double press the power button on one of the wireless speakers to turn OFF the multi-pairing function.
Hands-free Calls
Connect your wireless speaker with your mobile phone. When a call is incoming, press the power button on the wireless speaker to ANSWER the call.
You will hear the caller through the wireless speaker and be able to respond using the wireless speaker’s built-in microphone.
Press the power button once more to END the call.

Warranty
This product is covered under a 12 month limited warranty for product defects. This warranty does not cover products which have been:
- damaged by consumer;
- opened and/or altered in any way;
- subject to normal wear and tear.
