- For indoor use only
- Avoid exposure to external heat sources; direct, prolonged sunlight; dust; corrosive chemicals; and moisture
- Do not drop or subject the keypad to undue shock
- Do not place anything on top of the keypad
- Do not attempt to service or dissemble. The unit is not user-serviceable. Attempting to disassemble or service the unit could result in an electrica l hazard, including injury from exposure to high voltage. Attempting to open or service the unit void all warranties, express or implied.
- Read all instructions before operating the product, use the product only as instructed .
- Failure to follow these directions may void the warranty

CONNECTION INSTRUCTIONS
Instructions:
- Connect your Bluetooth keyboard to your PSS wi reless controller via the controller 3.5mm jack.
- Turn on your PSS console and DualSense controller.
- Turn on the keyboard with the on/off switch – the blue indicator will light up.
- Press and hold the ‘Pa iring key’ for 3 seconds to begin pa iring the device. The ind icator will flash until pairing is complete
- 0n your PlayStation 5 console, navigate to ‘Settings’ > ‘Devices’ > ‘Bluetooth Device’
- Find the device named ‘SURGE Bluetooth Keyboard’ and select to pa ir
- Enter the passkey displayed by your console and then press the ‘enter key’ to pair with your controller
OTHER FUNCTIONS

1. To type the symbols in blue, press and hold the ‘function
key ‘ and the corresponding symbol key. -
To type capital letters, press the ‘Caps lock key once and then the letter. Pressing the ‘Caps lock key again will cancel th is funct ion.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
- If the indicator light flashes blue twice it means the keyboard needs to be charged. Connect the included USB-C charge ca ble to charge the device – the indicator turns red when charging and turns off once fully charged.
- The Bluetooth pairing mode will stay active for 3 minutes.
- When the Bluetooth connection is lost the keyboa rd will go into sleep mode. To wake the device, simply press any key with the device inside the effective Bluetooth range.
- The keyboard shou ld pair automatically with the PSS console after the initial pairing. If the re-connection fails, please follow the connection instructions to pair again.
- ln the PSS console settings (Setting ➔Dev i ce➔Audio Devices➔l n p ut Dev i ce➔ Head set Connected to Controller), you can adjust the volume and micropho ne levels once the keyboard has been inserted into the PSS controller via the 3.5mm jack. This is only applicable if a headset with microphone function is connected to the 3.5mm aud io output
