Safety and Warning

Attention! It is important to recognize and understand the general risks in the use of this product.

  • This product must be repaired only by professionals. Without prior authorization, this product shall not be dismantled.
  • Do not use this product or recharge its battery in an environment exposed to any explosive material (e.g. gas, dust, or vapor).
  • Shut this product down while fueling or at a gas station.
  • Do not change or alter this product for any reason.
  • Do not expose this product to direct sun for a long time nor place it near any heat source.
  • Do not place this product in a location exposed to excessive dust, humidity or splash of water, nor on any unstable surface.

Function Overview

  • Initial Startup
    Ensure that the battery has been mounted properly. Startup: press and hold the power key till a startup picture appears on the screen. Some SIM cards are furnished with protection with a PIN code. Where it is required, enter your PIN code. The initial PIN code is usually “1234”.

  • Screen Unlocking
    Short press the power key to lock the screen, and press it again to unlock the screen; slide unlock icon up to unlock the screen and make it standby.

  • System Message Bar
    To display the system message bar: hold the status bar at the top of the screen with a finger, and touch and drag the drop-down box down. The system message bar displays applications currently operating. You can have quick access to any application by clicking on it from the operation list. Tips: No call is available when flight mode is activated. The system message bar also displays any notice (short message received or call missed) in addition to applications currently operating.

  • Custom Settings
    Long press a blank position on the main screen to access the custom setting page, where you can set wallpaper, add gadgets or have access to system settings.

  • Move or delete icon
    Long press the menu or gadget icon on-screen to move or delete related icon.

  • Recover to factory settings
    Choose “Backup & Reset” from the menu to recover the system to factory settings. Warning: Recovering the system to factory settings will reset this product to initial status and clear any system data and settings, including applications downloaded and application data
    Function Overview

  • POC Software System
    The POC trunking dispatching system Is a software system integrating Individual voice calls, group calls, and short message services. The Android- based app is a client-side application installed in an Android-based system, which will be used for sign-up with the server, individual voice call, group call and short message service, video uploading/playback/call. PTT Key PTT (Press to Talk) key is used to toggle between voice transmission and reception.

  • Photo Gallery
    Browse any pictures, photos, and video files stored in this product, and make quick shots by clicking on the Shoot icon.

  • File Management
    View and manage any files stored in internal or external storage in this product.

  • Camera
    Users can take photos and record video clips, and have access to settings such as exposure, color effects, framing modes, face recognition, and continuous capture based on your preference or environment conditions to obtain optimum picture effect; and view any photo taken or video recorded.

  • Message
    Click on it to access a list of messages received, and then edit, send or delete any of them.

  • Dialing
    Use a menu at the bottom of the screen to quickly access call history, digital dial scale, and call settings.

  • Contact List
    You can use it to make calls, send c-mails, or short messages to your friends and workmates. You can add new contact to the list, or synchronize it to the data in your PC-based application.

  • Calendar
    It is used to access your matters and events on the calendar, or view date or dates on it by day, week, or month, which will be displayed on a weekly or monthly basis to facilitate your access to your appointment and addition of new matters.

  • Setting
    Enter the menu to make custom settings to this product, including wireless network, scenario mode, display, storage, battery, application, position information, security,

  • language, and input method, backup & reset account management, date and time, supplement function, printing, and system information.
    Instructions for Use of Battery

  • Do not throw the battery into fire.

  • Do not keep the battery near or in any heater, microwave oven, kitchen article in high temperature, or HP container, or otherwise, the battery may leak or even explode.

  • Do not refrigerate the battery, or otherwise, it may deform, or result in short-circuiting due to condensation.

  • Avoid the battery from contact with any metal object, or otherwise, it may be in a short circuit or damaged permanently.

  • Do not keep this product near the magnetic field, otherwise, it may discharge.

  • Keep the battery in a well-ventilated environment, and do not cover it with quilt or clothing.

  • Do not use a damaged or leaked battery; for disposal of it, contact your local authorized service center.

  • Dispose of the battery in compliance with local laws and regulations.

  • Do not keep this product or battery in the environment at extremely high temperatures, such as a car in summer, or otherwise, the equipment screen may fail or the battery may explode.

  • Do not expose this product or battery to direct sun for a long time, such as a dashboard in a car.

  • Store the battery at an ambient temperature between 0 °C∼45 C.

  • Biting or sucking the battery may damage it or even cause an explosion or fire.

  • Child or animal may stifle by swallowing small-sized parts.

  • Do not impose pressure on the battery.

  • Do not use this product without the battery mounted property, or the battery may fall down and thereby cause damage or malfunction. Shut this product down before removing the battery. Removal of battery with this product started may cause failure in the product.

  • In case of damage to the battery, such as deformation, immediately stop using it and replace it. Use of a damaged battery may cause overheating, fire, or even explosion, and thereby personal injury.

In case of smell, smoke, or leakage from or noise in this product or battery, immediately stop using it and contact our after-market service for repair, or otherwise, it may cause fire or explosion.
This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:

  1. This device may not cause harmful interference.
  2. this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

Any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.
SAR tests are conducted using standard operating positions accepted by the FCC with the device transmitting at Its highest certified power level in all tested frequency bands, although the SAR Is determined at the highest certified power level, the actual SAR level of the device while operating can be well below the maximum value. Before a new device is available for sale to the public, it must be tested and certified to the FCC that It does not exceed the exposure limit established by the FCC, tests for each device are performed in positions and locations as required by the FCC. For body-worn operation, this device has been tested and meets the FCC RF exposure guidelines when used with an accessory designated for this product or when used with an accessory that contains no metal and that positions the handset a minimum of 10mm from the body. Non-compliance with the above restrictions may result In violation of RF exposure guidelines. For face up operation, should hold the device 10 mm from your face and speak in a normal voice, with the antenna pointed up and away.

Note: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:

  • Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
  • Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
  • Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
  • Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
