Hardware Installation
4.1 Install Warning
- This device must be professionally installed, this should be noted on the grantee.
- To maintain compliance, only the antenna types that have been tested shall be used, which are listed in the “Remote Antenna Part Numbers” section on the page.
- This device requires significant technology engineering expertise towards an understanding of the tools and relevant technology, not readily available to the average consumer. Only a person professionally trained in the technology is competent.
- This device is not directly marketed or sold to the general public.
4.2 Wall-mounted (standard)

Drill two mounting holes on the wall according to the distance is shown in the
left figure, and insert plastic plugs into the holes. Screw one tapping screw
into the pre-installation hole and leave a 4 mm (0.08 in.). Align the cucurbit
hole at the bottom of the device with the pre-installation hole, hold the
device bottom, and secure the device to the wall using another tapping screw.

Use a flat-head screwdriver to press the metal spring on the DIN mounting kit
inwards and pull out the buckle. Align the DIN mounting kit with the DIN guide
rail, and press the buckle to secure the device to the DIN guide rail.
4.4 Installing the Power Supply and Antenna

Install the SIM card after removing the screws and removing the rear cover.

5.1 Software Functions
- Supports peripheral interfaces such as buttons, indicators, and RS485, RS232, DIDO, USB, BLE.
- Supports FXS voice port.
- Supports 4G LTE wireless network module(eCube-CG-WAN excepted.).
- Supports 100M Ethernet ports.
- Supports secure boot.
- Supports the OP-TEE secure development environment.
- The Debian10 operating system is preinstalled, and the kernel version is 4.19.

Precautions

Wireless device

• Do not use this device in explosive places such as gas stations, oil depots,
and chemical plants. Observe all graphic or text instructions in these places.
If the equipment is used in these explosive places, it may cause an explosion
or fire.
• Do not store or transport the device in the same box with flammable liquids,
gases, or explosives.
Safety of Children
Comply with all precautions with regard to children’s safety. Letting the
child play with your device or its accessories, which may include parts that
can be detached from the device, may be dangerous, as it may present a choking
hazard. Ensure that children are kept away from the device and accessories.
Spare Parts Requirements
Use only the original assembly provided by the equipment manufacturer. If any
non-original component is used, the device may be faulty, invalid, or even
cause a fire, which may violate the warranty clauses of the device and related
regulations of the country on communications terminals and cause personal
injury.
Operating Environment
- The power supply voltage of the device must meet the input voltage requirements of the device.
- Keep the device away from electrical appliances with strong magnetic or electric fields, such as transformers, microwave ovens, and refrigerators.
- Avoid using the device indoors in dusty, damp, or dirty areas to prolong the service life of the device.
- Keep the device stable to avoid personal injury or device damage.
- Keep the device away from heat sources, flammable objects, or exposed fire sources.
- Do not install the device in an area with acidic, corrosive, or other corrosive gases.
- Place the device or its accessories in a well-ventilated environment. Do not wrap, seal, or cover the device with towels or other objects. Do not place the device in a closed environment, such as a box or box. Otherwise, the device may be damaged due to poor heat dissipation.
- Do not place any objects (such as candles and water containers) on the device to prevent foreign objects or liquids from entering the device. If foreign objects or liquids enter the device, stop using the device, power off the device, remove all cables, and contact the carrier.
- After the device runs for a period of time, the device temperature increases. If the device temperature is too high, do not touch the device for a long time. Otherwise, the device may be burnt at a low temperature, causing skin redness or pigmentation.
- Do not touch the connector of the cable when using the device.
- Do not scratch or abrade the device shell. Otherwise, the peeling paint may cause human allergy or device exceptions, such as short circuits caused by falling into the host.
