Smart Gadgets VMED-5270M Health Monitor User Guide

Quick Start Guide

  1. Download the “Vmed Mobile” App from the Apple Store or Google Play Store (Scan the QR code below). Once downloaded, click on the Vmed app to open.

  2. Press and hold the Power Button for 3 seconds to power on the Vmed until the green LED indicator turns on.

  3. Now, click on “Create Account” to save your data to the cloud or select “Offline Mode”. Offline Mode will allow you to measure vitals without saving them to the cloud.

  4. Enter your Profile info to help provide accurate measurements andclick “Complete”. You will be sent to the Vmed main icon page.

  5. Click on the Bluetooth icon in the upper right corner of the main icon page to connect the Vmed to your phone. When the Vmed Bluetooth screen appears, click on “Connect” at the bottom. The
    Bluetooth green LED will flash 3 times when it is connected, you will then be returned to the Vmed main icon page.

  6. To test Heart Rate, ECG, Blood Pressure (PPG), Oxygen Saturation (SpO2), Breathing Rate, Heart Rate Variability, Stress and Fatigue: Click on the “Measure” icon, and place your fingers on the
    two sensors firmly, but relaxed, for approximately 60 seconds to complete all measurements. Be sure each sensor is fully covered by the pad of your finger.

  7. 7. To test Temperature:
    Temperature test can be performed with physical mode or virtual mode. For physical mode, just tap the Power/
    Temperature button directly to get the temperature. For virtual mode, select the “Thermometer” icon, then click the “Click for Temp” button.
    To ensure temperature accuracy, test according to the following instructions:
    Forehead: Keep the measuring distance between the
    Temperature detector and forehead at 0.5 to 1.0 inch.
    Wrist: To measure other skin areas such as the wrist, keep the measuring distance less than 0.75 inch between
    Temperature detector and wrist.
