CARIFY digital handover protocol
MoreApp is the application that CARIFY uses to digitise the car handover and return protocols of your leased vehicles. All completed protocols will be automatically sent to CARIFY, to your garage and to the client. This document will be the reference at the start and at the end of the lease about the status of the car.
- Download MoreApp on your mobile phone or tablet (device that can take pictures of the vehicle)
- Activate your user from the email received from CARIFY
- Once logged in, click on the CARIFY folder
- Filling in a protocol takes about 10 minutes, including photos, notes, digital signature, and automated sending.
