User Guide

Please read through the user guide before using the product and keep it in good condition

Warning: This product must not be used by:

• Patients with a cardiac pacemaker or special population who have other electronic products to maintain their vital signs in their body. When this product is used to measure
  BMI, weak current flows through the human body, which current may affect the proper operation of the medical apparatus inside the body and lead to a severe consequence.

• Pregnant women. Those pregnant women who need to use this product should seek their doctor’s advice first.

• This product should not be used on an unstable or slippery surface to avoid falling.

Note: The device may not be able to obtain precise body data from the following people due to their special nature. Only the body weight information can be accurate.

• Children in growth stage
• Professional athletes
• Pregnant women| • Osteoporosis patients
• Edema patients

Please try to avoid measuring your weight if:

• The environment is humid, the scale surface is slippery or the product is not steady
• You have just finish sauna and shower and your body surface is not completely dry
• You have just finish intense exercises and your body is not completely quiet down
• You have just drunk a large volume of water or you have just eaten
• You have drunk a large volume of alcohol

Before measuring your weight:

• Turn on or restart the scale and wait for the“ ”icon stops flashing on the scale surface.
• Keep the scale static for 5 to 10 seconds for the first time use or after moving the scale to allow calibration of the sensor with the ground.

Maintenance and Care

• Please use a clean wet cloth to wipe to clean the scale surface.
• Please do not use any detergent to clean the scale surface. Corrosive detergents may cause damage to the ITO conductive coating and affect the precision in body fat measurement. “ITO coating is used with the body fat measurement chip to measure your body fat”

Installation of WOLONOW App

Search for “WOLO” in Android App Market or App Store, or scan the QR code below to download and install WOLO App for connection with the device.

The device or the app may not work properly if the app is downloaded through other channels. Before communication with your device, make sure your device is either:

• iPhone / iPod Touch with the system of iOS 9.0 or above; or
• Mobile phone with the system of Android 4.3 or above and with Bluetooth 4.0.

Enable Bluetooth on the phone and open WOLO App

After the Bluetooth on your phone is enabled and WOLO App is open, stand on the scale and measure your weight, and the data can be synched, displayed and recorded in your phone app.

Measuring Weight and Body Fat

Please stand on the scale barefooted in the posture as shown below for measuring your weight and body fat. Stand on the scale with your feet paralleled and aligned by the center of the scale surface.
