Safety Warnings and Precautions

The operation is prohibited

The operation must be executed

In the following cases

• Power outage or installable voltage
• Abnormal sound or smell from the unit
• AC power cord is damaged
• LCD electronic whiteboard is damaged due to drop, knock or impact
• Any liquid or foreign matters fall into the enclosure

**Turn off the LCD Display immediately, pull out the plug from the power outlet, and ask the authorized personnel for maintenance timely.

Caution

• To adjust the position or angle of the LCD display, please disconnect all power cords and move slowly to avoid falling.
• Do not scrub or knock the LCD with hard object, or twist and squeeze the LCD.
• Do not turn on the unit immediately when it is moved from a place with low temperature to high temperature, or else it will cause condensation and malfunction.
• If the LCD screen ruptures and the liquid splashes on the skin, please rinse for 15 minutes with clean water immediately, and consult your doctor.
• To carry the LCD Display with hands, please grab the corners and hold the bottom; do not apply pressure on the panel.
• Use the LCD display properly: Use in proper lighting conditions; insufficient lighting or long time watching will impair your eyesight.
• If the unit displays the same screen for a long time or the moving picture has fixed text or icon, it will leave ghosting on the screen and won’t disappear when the unit is turned off; it is normal and isn’t covered by the warranty.
• The power of the LCD display can be cut off by pulling out the plug.
• When the plug or coupler is used as disconnection device, it should be easy to operate the device.
• Insert the plug into the outlet properly, or else it may cause sparks and fire.
• The technical specifications printed on the User’s Manual and packaging are subject to change without prior notice.

The Manual may be slightly different from actual operation, and the latter is applicable.

• Connect an Internet connection to your player.

Simple Troubleshooting

1. Antenna connector is loose, and cable is damaged
2. Antenna type is inappropriate
3. Antenna orientation or location is improper
4. Weak signal

1. Check if the antenna connector is loose, and if the cable is damaged
2. Check the antenna type (VHF/UHF)
3. Adjust the antenna orientation and location
4. Use signal enhancer

The screen   has   no   image   or sound, and the indicator is off| The power plug is loose and the power isn’t connected| Check if the power cord is connected properly
The image has spot or stripe interference| The signal is interfered with by automobile, neon light, hair dryer, etc.| Do not use hair dryer near the unit, and adjust the antenna orientation to reduce interference
Image ghosting|

1. The signal is reflected by mountain or tall building
2. Antenna orientation is improper

1. Use highly oriented antenna

Image is colorless| The saturation is too low| Enter image settings and increase the saturation

1. Network bandwidth is low
2. Buffering multiple movies or downloading other contents

2. Change the Internet address to get better resources

Crash, or failure to operate the unit|

1. Running too many applications
2. Interfered with by the environment (e.g. lightning, ESD, etc.)

| Disconnect the power supply, wait for 1~2 minutes, reconnect the power and turn on the unit
