Our authorized dealers have the necessary experience and installation equipment to ensure that your Motor Sport DVR will deliver maximum performance and explain all the details pertaining to our warranty coverage as well.
If you decide to install the product by yourself, please thoroughly read through this manual before getting it installed. This manual will help familiarize you with this Motor Sport DVR and guide you through the installation process and procedures.
Please contact your local authorized Cerwin Vega Mobile dealer if you have any questions regarding the instructions in this manual or the product’s operational capabilities. Charging the Battery
The unit can be charged using the included USB cable plugged into a wall charger (not included) or into the USB port on your computer. The red charge indicator on the back of the camera will light up while charging. Time to full charge is approximately 3 hrs.
Memory Card (Micro SD Card) preparation
Please use Micro SD Cards with a storage capacity of 8-32GB, and a recording speed of Class10 and above. Before use makes sure the Micro SD Card has been formatted.
Turning Camera On/Of

1. To turn on the camera, press & hold the power button for 1 second. The body of the camera will vibrate & the blue and red LEDs will Illuminate.
2. To turn off the camera, press & hold the power button for 3 seconds. The camera will vibrate & red and blue lights will turn off.
3. When connecting the camera to an external power source, the camera to an external power source the camera will turn on automatically.
   Reset
   If for any reason the camera is not functioning correctly, try pressing the reset button, then try powering on again and resuming normal use.

Basic Operation

**Note: SD Card must be inserted first.
How to take pictures
Make sure that the video resolution switch is set to 1080p then switch to photo\ mode. To take a photo, press the power button once; the red LED will flash once.
How to take video
After powering up the camera, set the video resolution switch to the desired setting. Press the power button to begin recording, Red LED will illuminate. To stop recording, press the power button again. The red LED will turn off.
Time Setting
Time Setting (Set): after this machine plug-in card, please connect the unit to the PC, in the extraction disk, there is a text document: Sport DV. TXT, open the document, change the following information:

1. change UPDATE: N to UPDATE: Y;
2. Change the corresponding date time-sharing seconds then save this file, such as change the year: 2012 month: 9 date: 24 hours: 10 minutes: 10 second: 0, set the machine time being on September 24, 2012, and 10 minute seconds. Turn off, then boot, the machine will automatically update the setting time, at this time you can take pictures or video, you can see corresponding time information in the archives.
   Note: if not seeing the document, please set it to show hidden files to find the document.

Operation

Connect to a Computer
Video and photo material download

1. When connecting the USB cable to the computer, press the power button to start up, at the same time of motor vibration, the green power indicator light will lit up, the computer will automatically identify the Micro SD card.
   Note: the computer operating system: Windows 2000 / XP/Vista/Windows 7, MAC OS x 10.3.6 above.

2. Use the computer to browse and manage files.

3. Remove USB wire to shut down sports DV.
   Note: Using this product when the system is halted caused by improper operation, you can press the reset button then boot, this device can return to normal.

Limited Warranty (U.S.A.) Cerwin Vega Mobile warrants all of our amplifiers and speakers to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser from an authorized Cerwin Vega Mobile dealer. If service is required and necessary under this warranty due to manufacturing defect or malfunction, then Cerwin Vega Mobile will repair and/or replace the defective products with either new or remanufactured products at no charge at our discretion.
Damage to the product caused by the following will not be covered under this warranty: abuse, accident, misuse, neglect, modifications, repairing attempts, seller/installer misrepresentation.
This warranty does not cover any incidental, consequential, or cosmetic damage due to accidents or normal wear and tear, nor does it cover the cost of removing or reinstallation the product.
Warranty is void if the product’s serial number has been removed, defaced, and/or tampered with.
Warranty Procedure: We recommend that you contact your Cerwin Vega Mobile authorized dealer where your original purchase was made to initiate all warranty claims. Our authorized dealers can guide you through the warranty procedure to ensure that your claim will be processed in a timely manner. All warranty returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase (a copy of the original sales receipt) and be shipped freight prepaid to our facility with an RA (Return Authorization) number clearly marked on the outside of the package. Direct returns from consumers or non-authorized dealers will be refused if shipped without a valid RA number authorized by Cerwin Vega Mobile beforehand.

INTERNATIONAL
Products purchased outside of the U.S.A. are covered only by that country’s distributor and not by Cerwin Vega Mobile U.S.A.
