Product Description
- Please keep or use it under normal temperature.
- Do not throw it ,to avoid products damage caused by falling.
- Do not disassemble, repair or modify it.
- Do not clean it with any chemical solvents.
- Please use a 5V output voltage USB cable to charge it .
- Please plug the USB cable into the earphone charging interface after plugging the USB cable into the charger or computer USB.
- Do not throw it away casually or put it on fire to avoid dangers.

Features
Power Alarm: There will be a battery low voice prompt alarm when the
battery voltage is under 3.3V; The earphone will turn off when the voltage is
under 3V.
Charging Tips
- Earphones need to be fully charged before you use it for the first time.
- Please plug the USB cable into the earphone charging interface after plugging the USB cable into the charger or computer USB.
- The red indicator light will be on when charging.
- It takes about 1.5-2 hours to get the earphone fully charged.
- The blue indicator light will be on when charging is completed.
How to deal with the waste electrical
This product and any other products with the following mark shall not be dealt
with other household waste when product life ends. In order to prevent
environmental or physical health damage caused by uncontrolled waste disposal,
please separate this product from other types of waste. Please contact the
retailer of the product or your local related organizations to get your local
electronic product recycling regulations, to make a contribution to
environmental protection.
FAQ & Solutions
The earphone couldn’t be turned on & the Indicator is off when charging
- Low power or power of
- Too short press to power on
Solutions:
- Try it again after charging the earphone at least one hour.
- Long press the MFB for 3 seconds.
Tips
- The red light only flashes after the earphone has been charged for about 30 minutes when the earphone’s power runs out.
- Long press means keep pressing the MFB until it reaches the time that we told you. Please don’t stop pressing it in this process.
- Overcharging and putting the earphone in a closed car or in another similar environment will reduce battery capacity and life.
Failure in searching the pairing name on mobile device possible reasons:
- The earphone hasn’t entered into pairing mode.
- Earphone program error.
- Mobile phone Bluetooth program error.
Solutions:
- Turn off the earphone, then long-press the MFB for 3 seconds ( the red and blue indicator light will flash alternatively ) to enter into the earphone’s pairing mode.
- Reset the earphone to factory settings, just long-press the MFB for 3 seconds when charging, the blue light flashes 3 times.
- Mobile phone Bluetooth program error.
Solutions:
- Turn off the earphone, then long-press the MFB for 3 seconds ( the red and blue indicator light will flash alternatively ) to enter into the earphone’s pairing mode.
- Reset the earphone to factory settings, just long-press the FB for 3 seconds when charging, the blue light flashes 3 times.
- Reboot the phone, then remove all the pairing names in your phone Bluetooth list, and search for a new device again.
Tips:
- After entering into pairing mode, please connect the earphone with your device within 2 minutes, or it will automatically turn off after 2 minutes.
- During charging, the earphone will automatically reset once, you need to restart the connection after finishing charging.
No sound from the earphone speakers.
Possible reasons:
- The volume of the phone has been adjusted to a minimum.
- The earphone hasn’t been connected with the mobile device completely.
- The distance between earphones and mobile device is beyond the operating range.
Solutions:
- Adjust the volume on the mobile device.
- Repairing and connecting the earphone with the mobile device.
- Keep the earphone in the range of 10 meters of the mobile device, without any obstacles in between.
Tips:
- Don’t make any other operations when searching the earphone on your mobile device, just to prevent program errors.
- Keep earphones working near your mobile device to get the best sound.
Failure in listening to music after connection.
Possible reasons:
- Incorrect mobile phone Bluetooth settings.
- The volume of your mobile device is set to a minimum.
Solutions:
- Check the mobile device settings to see if the sound path has been changed into Bluetooth hands-free device.
- Some mobile devices might need to change 2 settings in the music player, open the Bluetooth function in the music player, then click the earphone pairing name with a headset icon.
- Some mobile devices have no full stereo Bluetooth modules and no Bluetooth function to listening music. Please connect the earphone to other mobile devices with Bluetooth function to see if the earphone is available.
You couldn’t hear others in a call or just hear a little voice.
Possible reasons:
- The earphone is too far from the mouth.
- The microphone hole of the earphone is blocked.
Solutions:
- The earphone should be worn on the ears correctly to use.
- Clear the block in the earphone microphone hole .
Tips: Keep earphones clean.
Disconnected and lag states appear in a call or in music mode.
Possible reasons:
- Please charge the earphone asap, when it is with low power,
- The earphone is too far away from the mobile device or there is an obstacle in between.
- There is a problem with the Bluetooth signal of the mobile device.
- There is strong signal interference nearby.
Solutions:
- Make the earphone to be as close as possible to your mobile device.
- You’d better keep your mobile device far away from metal objects
- Change another mobile phone or another place to try again.
- Please cover your BlueTooth earphone with your hand. To keep the signal stable, please keep your earphone and mobile device in the same direction.
Tips:
- When using the earphone, please try to make it to be as close as possible to your mobile device.
- Don’t put any metal or other objects which will affect the wireless signal between the mobile device and the earphone.
- Under high power wireless WiFi or other strong signals, the using effect of earphones will be influenced.
Warning:
- The earphone comes with a built-in non-removable, rechargeable Li-ion battery, please don’t try to remove the battery from the earphone to protect it from danger and damage.
- Please use the original USB cable provided by the manufacturer to charge earphones, or use the qualified USB cable to charge. Besides, please use a computer USB interface or USB chargers with DC + 5V, < 1A output from standard brand to charge. If you use any charging devices which don’t meet this standard to charge, it might damage the earphone, even cause danger.
- Please follow our user guide exactly. Users will take responsibility if they use the earphone incorrectly then s causes earphone damage or danger. We will not take any responsibility for this circumstance.
