Quickstart

The HLG Dimmer can adjust the intensity of your HLG light in 25% increments with the arrow buttons on the device. The latest diming setting will be saved through power cycles for use with timers and switched circuits.

For wireless control and scheduling, a GrowFlux Access Point and internet connection is required. Follow the instructions included with your Access Point, then navigate to ‘Add Device’ in the GrowFlux app to connect your lights.

LED Behavior

Button LEDs

The buttons are illuminated with green LEDs when the HLG Dimmer is not configured with a schedule, indicating that the Dimmer can be controlled directly with the buttons. Once a schedule is configured on your Dimmer with the GrowFlux App (GrowFlux Access Point required), the buttons will not be illuminated, indicating that manual button control is not available.

Wireless symbol

  1. Upon successful wireless connection to the GrowFlux Access Point, the wireless symbol on the HLG Dimer will illuminate green, indicating that the device has established a reliable connection to your GrowFlux Mesh.
  2. When your HLG Dimmer initially receives an invitation to the GrowFlux Mesh from the Access Point, the wireless symbol will briefly illuminate white.
  3. If your HLG Dimmer is not configured with an Access Point, the wireless symbol will briefly flash red when your light is powered on. The HLG Dimmer will not indicate a red LED light under any other conditions.

Reset to factory settings

To disconnect your HLG Dimmer from your GrowFlux Mesh, hold down the down arrow (with the “ – “ symbol) while powering on your light. Continue holding this button down for about 5 seconds, until the wireless symbol begins flashing red.
