Introduction
This wireless WiFi security camera is compatible with both 2.4GHz and 5G dual- band networks, giving you additional wireless WIFI alternatives and enabling smoother camera management. It may be fitted using a standard E27 bulb base (110V–240V). Next, download the APP to your smartphone and use it to connect the bulb security camera to WiFi. Other surgeries are not necessary. Be aware that the first connection to the bulb camera takes roughly 40 seconds.

Can I pair it with my wireless security system?****
I could not get mine to work because I have 5g and it will only work with 2g.
What’s the resolution? 2 or 3 mega pixel?****
It is a clear picture so I would say 3.
I just got mine book says not support 5 g ad says does which is it do I return or keep?****
I have mine on Wi-Fi but I can check it and move the cameras from any location that I have internet service.
Is this waterproof?****
Mine survived recent Hurricane!! Works great!
Can I use it as a porch light? Is it just as bright?****
It does not work very well as a porch light. But it does have a motion alert function where you can set the light to come on. If it is pointed at your door handle then it would give you enough light to see the key hole.
Does it work in snow?****
Yes
Can this product be used at 2 different locations?****
Yes. you set them up individually using the app. When you set them up you have to “ name” them, for instance “ Front Porch” or “Garage”, etc. so it’s easy to monitor them.
Is the camera app free to use once purchased?****
The app is free to use but it does sell a premium subscription for more features than the basic.
Does it need micro SD card or regular SD card?****
And it’s not a regular SD card. It is in fact a Micro SD card. I’m currently in the process of trying to get mine to read and save onto the micro SD card.
Can this camera be put in an outside light fixture worth close bottom?****
I don’t think so. It will block the camera.
Does the light turn on automatically at night time and turn off in morning?****
Don’t know, ours didn’t work at all.
Will this work with alexa?****
Yes
How do you put in SD card?****
On the side.
Are there other charges to use this?****
There’s a charge if you want to use the cloud service, but you can install an SD card to save videos, or you can just use them like a monitor to watch your property from your phone without using the cloud service.
Can this camera be put in an outside light fixture?****
I bought this to go in an outside fixture. It took a while to get the WiFi signal set up. It kept dropping the signal.
Is there any way to view on a PC?****
No I do not believe so.
Can I use these in Mexico?****
Not sure, should be able to, as long as you have internet access, check with the manufacturer to make sure though.
Is this waterproof?****
It rained this evening pretty hard and the camera’s are doing great, so I would say they are water proof.
