CAUTION
To reduce the risk of burning, fire, electric shock, or physical injury,
please follow the precautions below.
- Do not spill liquid on any part of the unit. Do not use the unit in the bathroom or other damp and humid places. This may cause electric shock or cause the unit to malfunction.
- Do not unplug the unit when it is still operating. Power off the unit before unplugging.
- Always unplug the unit when it is not in use and when there is a power outage.
- Never operate the unit with a damaged power cord or plug. Do not attempt to repair the power cord if it is damaged. Please contact us for assistance.
- The device has an overheat protection system. If the device fails to start, please allow 15-30 minutes for it to cool down before restarting.
- Keep the unit and power cord away from heat sources, including electric blankets.
- To avoid electric shock or injury, do not attempt to open or disassemble any part of the unit.
- Do not allow children to play with the unit.
- Use this appliance only for its intended use as described in this manual.
- It is recommended that individuals fitted with pacemakers should consult their doctor before using this product.
OPERATION
- Connect the adaptor output to the socket of the massage device.
- Turn on the massager and select your desired settings. (See further instructions in the controller diagram.)
- The massager will switch off automatically after 20 minutes. Please rest the unit for 15 minutes before using it again.

- Do not use in cars or automobiles when the ambient cabin temperature exceeds 104º F.

Persons with any of the conditions listed below or undergoing medical treatment should consult their physician before using the unit. If you start feeling sick or if the massage seems painful during operation, discontinue use immediately:
• Pregnant women, people who are ill, or those in poor physical shape.
• People who are prohibited from receiving a massage by a physician due to thrombosis, aneurysm, acute varicose veins, or other circulatory disorders.
• Individuals with pacemakers should consult a doctor before use.
• People with irregular curvatures of the spine. -
If you have any concerns regarding your health, consult your doctor before using this product.

Never use this product directly on swollen or inflamed areas, skin lesions, or open wounds.

Do not use the unit against bare skin: while thin clothing may increase effectiveness, exposing the skin directly to the massage may irritate the skin.

Do not fall asleep while using the unit.

Do not use the unit after consuming alcohol.

Never use pins or other metallic fasteners with this appliance.

If excessive heating should occur, discontinue use and allow the unit to cool before operating.

Do not use this product as a substitute for medical attention.

Do not use on an infant, child, disabled person, sleeping, or unconscious person.

This appliance is designed for personal, non-professional use only.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem | Solution |

Massage heads rotating at reduced speed. | The load on the massage heads is |
excessive. Reduce pressure and try again.
The device switches off suddenly.| Device may have been in use for 20 minutes.
Auto-shutoff function activated. Continue using by pressing the ‘On’ button
after resting the unit for 15 minutes.
Over-heat protection function activated. The device is switched off for your
safety. Please rest the device for 15-30 minutes before restarting.
The device fails to start.| Check if the device has been used for more than 20
minutes. If so, let the device rest for 15 minutes before continuing. The
device may require a longer time to cool in warmer environments.
Check if the adaptor is plugged into the socket.
Check if adaptor output is connected to the device power inlet wire.
Jerky motion of massage heads/Vibrations from the device.| Excessive pressure
may have been applied to the device. Reduce pressure and try again.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE

Always unplug the unit before cleaning it. Never touch the power plug with wet hands.

Before cleaning, allow unit to cool.

Wipe the unit with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use cloths containing any kind of chemical or alcohol and solvent liquids.

Never submerge any part of the unit in liquid.

If the unit is particularly dirty, use the following instructions:
A. Dampen a cloth in water or a 3%–5% mild detergent solution.
B. Wipe the dirty areas with the wet cloth.
C. Clean the cloth in water and wring it out, then wipe away any remaining detergent off the surface of the unit.
D. Wipe the areas with a soft, dry cloth to dry.
E. Wait for the unit to become fully dry before use. -
Place massager in a safe, dry, and cool place. Avoid contact with sharp edges or pointed objects which might cut or puncture the surface.

The WAGAN Corporation warranty is limited to products sold only in the
United States.
Warranty Duration:
Product is warranted to the original purchaser for a period of one (1) year
from the original purchase date, to be free of defects in material and
workmanship. WAGAN Corporation disclaims any liability for consequential
damages. In no event will WAGAN Corporation be responsible for any amount of
damages beyond the amount paid for the product at retail.
Warranty Performance:
During the warranty period, a product with a defect will be replaced with a
comparable model when the product is returned to WAGAN Corporation with an
original store receipt. WAGAN Corporation will, at its discretion, replace or
repair the defective part. The replacement product will be warranted for the
balance of the original warranty period. This warranty does not extend to any
units which have been used in violation of the written instructions furnished.

This warranty is in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied and no
representative or person is authorized to assume any other liability in
connection with the sale of our products. There shall be no claims for defects
or failure of performance or product failure under any theory of tort,
contract or commercial law including,but not limited to negligence, gross
negligence, strict liability, breach of warranty, and breach of contract.

official Return Authorization number (RA#). Please contact our customer
service team by phone or email to obtain an RA#. You can also visit our

is not responsible for any shipping charges incurred in returning the item(s)
back to the company for repair or replacement.
