Read the operating instructions carefully before putting the appliance into
operation and keep the instructions, the receipt, and, if possible, the box
with the internal packing. If you give this appliance to other people, please
also pass on the operating instructions.

The appliance is designed exclusively for private, domestic use and for the envisaged purpose. This appliance is not suitable for commercial use.

Do not use the appliance outdoors.

BEFORE FIRST USE
- Read ali the instructions carefully and keep them for future reference.
- Remove the appliance from its packaging. Keep away from children.
- Inspect the appliance after unpacking for any visual damage. In case of any damage, do not use the appliance and contact the shop that you bought it.
- Before using the appliance for the first time, check that the voltage shawn on the appliance rating label corresponds to the voltage in the mains.
- Make sure that the apptiance only plugs into a properly grounded and properly installed socket.
- Place the appliance on an even surface at a safe distance away from flammable objects. Keep out of the reach of children.
- Clean the cooking plates by wiping a sponge or a cloth that has been slightly dampened with warm water.
- Dry with a cloth or paper towel.
- Do not immerse the appliance and do not run water directly on the plates.
- Preheat the apoliance for some minutes with the plates opened.
- Unplug the appliance.
Notice: when the appliance is used for the first time, it may emit slight smoke or odor. This is normal for almost all heating applances and it does not affect the safety of your appliance.
HOW TO USE
- Close the appliance and plug it into the wall outlet. You will notice that the ready light will come on, indicating that the toaster has begun preheating.
- It will take approximately 3-5 minutes to reach baking temperature, then the indicator red tight will turn off.
- pen the toaster, place the sandwich on the bottom cooking plate.
- Close the appliance. The indicator light will turn on again.
- Let the sandwich ta be baked until the indicator light (green) turns on, or adjusting the time to sult your own individual taste.
- When finished cooking, use the heat resistant handle to open the top cover. Remove the food residue with the heip of a plastic spatula. Never use metal tongs or a knife as these can cause damage to the non-stick coating of the cooking plates.
- Unplug the appliance and leave it open to coal.
TIP: For best taste, spread a little butter on the bread of your sandwich.
REMOVAL OF BAKING PLATES
Always disconnect the appliance and allow it to cool before removing the plates.
- Open the toaster.
- Push the upper plate safety lock clip and the plate will unbutton slightly from its base. Side the plate out of the metal brackets and remove it from the toaster body.
- Push the lower plate safety lock clip and the plate will rise slightly from its base. Slide the plate out of the metal brackets and lift it from its base.
In order to put the plates back into place, place the plates in the sockets of the metal brackets until they lock in place.
CLEANING AND CARE

Always unplug the toaster and allow it to cool before cleaning. The unit is easier to clean when slightly warm.
There is no need to disassembie the appliance before cleaning. -
Never immerse the appliance into water or place in dishwasher.

Wipe cooking plates with a soft to remove food residue. To remove persistent dry food residues, remove the plates, moisten the residue with a litte warm water to soften and then try to remove i with a clath or kitchen Paper. Then clean with a dry cloth or papers.

Wipe the outside of the toaster with a damp cloth only. Do not dean the outside with any abrasive scouring pad or steel wool, as this will damage the finishing.

Do not use anything abrasive that can scratch or damage the appliance. Do not use a wire brush or other abrasive utensils for deaning.
STORAGE
- Always unplug the appliance before storing it.
- Always make sure that the apptiance ts cold, dry and clean before storing.
- Always store the appliance out of the reach of children.
- Always store the appliance in a safe and clean place. For the better protection of the appliance, store it in its original packaging.
