Preface

Kaiska is a kind of public service and multimedia information terminal equipment which can be self-help by touching the information content to be entered into or displayed automatically by the network by the background big data system by the network. It realizes self-service and multimedia information terminal equipment by scanning, swiping, printing and other functional components.

Features of integrated machine products

This product only meets the standard gb/t9254 class a limit value requirements, and the integrated machine has the following characteristics:

1. The high quality picture is realized by using LCD / LED LCD. It has the advantages of no radiation, flicker, no dazzling, anti-seismic, anti-interference, thin volume, light weight, energy saving and large effective display area;

system architecture

The self-service terminal integrated machine supports two states, offline and online, and realizes communication with AI background on the basis of ensuring the availability of the machine 24 hours. Meanwhile, the management side supports the query and download of statistical data, which is convenient for relevant managers to objectively evaluate the overall situation of the patients involved in the project, and facilitate the further management of the data by the management personnel.

remarks:

1. Some models of the terminal integrated machine products are equipped with external power switch at the back of the cabinet, which can be connected with the host switch according to the user’s needs, and realize the function of controlling the computer host switch outside the cabinet.
2. The integrated machine products shall not be disassembled or modified by themselves.

1. The vertical integral machine must be placed vertically on a solid ground.

2. The distance between both sides and rear of vertical integrated machine shall not be less than 5cm from the wall.

4. Vertical integrated machine is strictly prohibited to be placed outside (except for special outdoor models).

Unpacking operation of integrated machine equipment

1. after unpacking the wooden box, the box cabinet shall be inside
   Pull out and cut off the white packing belt from one side
   Exit the touch screen cabinet and check the machine surface for damage.

2. remove the key behind the cabinet, open the rear door of the cabinet, take out the power cord in the packing bag and insert the machine input socket. (see left black socket in the right figure)

3. turn on the power and turn on the red main power switch to I. the switch indicator will be powered on automatically, indicating that the machine has been powered on and turned on (the screen will be displayed waiting for 20 seconds). (see red switch button in the middle right)

Guide to use

1. Daily use

   Plug the power plug of the terminal integrated machine into the 220V municipal electrical socket, open the external ATX switch or the switch of the host (red mark is installed outside the cabinet), and the host will automatically enter the system and guide it to the application program.

   The object of the product is information questionnaire screening, big data statistics, etc. When the user needs to operate, you can get the information you need by simply finding and touching the corresponding items in the system page.

   If the host is turned on and uses the automatic switch function, the above steps (shutdown) are not required. The host will run by itself according to the set on and off time.

Note: the function of automatic switch supported by the host is sometimes invalid due to the stability of the equipment ground voltage and the length of the host service time. This is a normal phenomenon and can be operated by manual start-up.

1. Check that the connectors of the connecting wires are connected correctly and firmly.
2. Reinstall the driver or use the general driver.

Does lighting have an impact on the use of capacitive touch screen?

Does capacitance need to be calibrated frequently in use of touch screen?

If you have installed the capacitance touch screen for the first time or if the resolution of your computer has changed, you must recalibrate the touch screen.

The calibration method is as follows: click the “pen and touch screen” option in the control panel, and click the “calibration” button. When the calibration interface is displayed, click the icon on the interface in turn. After calibration, the calibration interface will disappear automatically, and the data generated after calibration will take effect immediately. If you feel that the calibration effect is not ideal, you can calibrate it several times until the pointer tracking effect is ideal. Then press the “confirm” button.

How to clean the capacitance touch screen?
