FAQs

What is the difference between Shark NV105 Navigator Light Upright Vacuum and NV100 Navigator Light Upright Vacuum?****

The only difference between Shark NV105 Navigator Light Upright Vacuum and NV100 Navigator Light Upright Vacuum is the color.

What kind of warranty comes with the Shark NV105 Navigator Light Upright Vacuum?****

Shark NV105 Navigator Light Upright Vacuum comes with 2 year warranty.

How do you use a Shark Navigator vacuum?****

To remove the handle, press the handle release button (or handle with extension wand). 2 Place your foot on the nozzle, press the red nozzle release button (h), and then raise the canister. 3 Attach the necessary cleaning tools.

Does the Shark Navigator vacuum have a belt?****

The belt for the vacuum is meant to endure for roughly 7 years. To keep the vacuum in top functioning condition, the belt must be replaced. This replacement manual provides instructions for changing the vacuum’s belt.

Does Shark Navigator need a filter?****

The Shark Navigator’s user guide suggests cleaning the post-motor filter once a year and the pre-motor filters every three months.

Can Shark Navigator vacuum water?****

None at all. The motor will be completely submerged in water, thus it doesn’t work like a wet vacuum. With water, you’ll need a wet vacuum.

Does the Shark Navigator have good suction?****

For low-pile carpet, the Shark Navigator Lift-Away Speed works quite well. It effortlessly removes pet hair and does a fantastic job sucking up both small and huge detritus. As long as you clean its filters in accordance with manufacturer guidelines, its bagless design incurs very little ongoing expense.

When did the Shark Navigator vacuum come out?****

In the fall of 2010, the initial Navigator was released. Although it wasn’t the first Shark vacuum, the company was still not well-known.

What causes a vacuum to lose suction?****

Cleaners are rather straightforward machines. For the vacuum to generate a suction force that lifts debris, they need to provide power. Thus, incorrect height settings, stuck rollers, bad gaskets, damaged vacuum belts, packed bags, and blocked hoses are the typical culprits of suction loss.

How many filters are in a Shark Navigator vacuum?****

One HEPA filter, three foam filters, and three felt filters are included in the box.
