MEMORY FUNCTION
The default setting for the Lava Heating Wrap is 30 minutes for the switch-off
timer and 48°C (118.4°F) for the temperature level. The controller remembers
the temperature and time that were set last time. When the heating wrap turns
on, it will have the parameters of previous use.
HEAT SETTINGS
The Lava Heating Wrap has six levels of temperature: 40°C ( 104° F ), 44°C
(lll.2° F ), 48°C (118.4° F ), 52°C (125.6° F ), 56°C {132.8° F ), 60°C ( 140°
F ). Each has a light indicator from the left to right on the controller.
Press the”+” button and the indicator lights will flash from left to right and
stop at the chosen temperature. If the temperature needs to be decreased,
press the button”-”
AUTOMATIC SWITCH-OFF
The digital controller allows setting the timer automatically to switch off.
The Lava Heating Wrap has four switch-off settings: 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90
minutes, and 120 minutes. Simply press the suitable interval to set up the
timer. Once the timer counts itself down, the heating wrap will automatically
switch off. The default setting of the switch-off timer is 30 minutes.

- Do not use it while sleeping
- Do not use it on an infant.
- This pad is not to be used by or on an invalid, sleeping, or unconscious person, or a person with poor blood circulation unless carefully attended.
- Do not use on areas of insensitive skin.
- Burns can occur regardless of the control setting, check the skin under the pad frequently
- Never use a pad without a cover in place (all household pads if provided with a supplementary cover).
- Do not use pins or other metallic means to fasten this pad in place.
- Do not sit on or crush the pad – avoid sharp folds.
- Never pull this pad by the supply cord.
- Do not use the cord as a handle.
- Carefully examine the inner cover before each use. discard the pad if the inner covering shows any signs of deterioration (all household pads if provided with supplementary cover).
- Loop the cord loosely when storing, tight wrapping may damage the cord and internal parts.
- Read and follow all instructions on the box or pack with a pad before using.

POLARIZED PLUG
This heating wrap has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as
a safety feature (Figure 1). This plug fits into a polarized outlet only in
one way. If the plug does not fully fit into the outlet, reverse the plug. If
it still does not fit, contact aelectrician.
HOW TO USE YOUR HEATING WRAP
The wrap connector must be connected to the heating wrap connector before
plugging the unit into an electrical outlet (Figure 2)
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: If the unit does not turn on when you press the power button, make sure the control connector is securely plugged into the heating wrap connector.
Neck & Shoulders Heating Wrap Lava is designed to stay in place throughout the entire treatment session. The extra-soft fleece fiber surface and the breathable material make it especially comfortable. Use for just 20 minutes daily (or as recommended by a doctor) to help temporarily reduce pain and muscle tension.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
- Do not dry clean.
- Do not spray this device with any cleaner, alcohol-based solvent, or any other chemical.
- Do not bleach, wring, tumble dry, or iron.
- Clean with soft detergent or foam soap.
- Wash by hand or as follows in an automatic washer using slow agitation and normal spin speed: Fill the washer with warm water. Add a minimum amount of all-purpose detergent, agitate to dissolve, and measure the heating pad before washing. Add a heating pad and soak for five minutes. Agitate for two minutes. Spin. Fill for cool rinse, agitate for one minute then spin. Dry in an automatic dryer on high heat, for five minutes only, or line dry. Remove the damp heating pad from the dryer, block it to its original size, and drape it to finish drying. Do not iron your heating pad.
