HOW TO USE THE BLUEFACE

Air conditioning control
  • On/Off: Press this icon to switch on or off the zone where the thermostat is located.
  • Temperature control:  Press on the temperature and use the – and + icons to select the desired set-point temperature (accuracy: ±0.5°C). The available ranges for heating mode are: 15-30° C. For cooling mode, they are: 18-30° C. These ranges may vary depending on the level of efficiency (Eco-Adapt) set on the master thermostat.
  • Operation modes: It displays the operation mode of the system. This parameter can be accessed from your master thermostat. The available modes are:
  • Stop. The air conditioning system will be off regardless of state of demand of the rest of the zones. In addition, all the terminal elements (ventilation grills, gates…) will remain closed.
  • Cooling. In this operation mode, the system works exclusively in cooling mode when any of the zones is generating demand (Setpoint T < room Ta
  • Heating. In this operation mode, the system works exclusively in heating mode when any of the zones is generating demand (Setpoint T <room T).
  • Ventilation. In this operation mode, the system works exclusively in ventilation mode when any of the zones is generating demand (Setpoint T < room T).
  • Dry. In this operation mode the system works in dry mode, refreshing the zone (reducing the humidity) when any of the zones is generating demand (Set-point T< Rooam T).
Note: This mode is ideal for high humidity days: it reduces the appearance of water particles in the grilles.

Eco-Adapt function: It offers several energy efficiency levels and also adapts the temperatures to make your system more efficient. Eco-Adapts sets limits based on the level of efficiency:
Disabled. In this option, there are no saving limits. The available temperature ranges of temperatures are the ones allowed by the system: 15-30 °C in heating mode and 18-30 °C in cooling mode.
Manual. It sets the temperature limits of the zones according to the temperature set in the Master thermostat.DAIKIN IBPRO6 Monochrome Airzone

Efficiency indicator. Depending on the operating temperature, the Blueface displays a range of colors that reflects the level of efficiency of the system:

Green: very efficient
Yellow: efficient
Orange : inefficient
Red: very inefficient

Fan Speed: It is used to set the speed of the AC unit fan. The speed is set in automatic mode by default, imposing the flow depending on the number of zones in demand. In fancoil installations, the system speed can be manually selected from the Master thermostat.
