GRILL LIKE A REAL CHEF
Preparing your meat in advance (take it out of the refrigerator, let it reach
room temperature before you put it on the grill plate) gives your meat a more
evenly cooked result. It also prevents the grill plate from deforming if the
meat and other ingredients are too cold.

-
Cut the meat into small pieces. You can thus reduce the cooking time.

Turn on the unit by rotating the temperature switch. The indicator light illuminates and the appliance heats up.

You can grill toasts in the raclette pans, fry eggs or potatoes, and many other things. Meat can be prepared on the grill plate.
