Parts description
Receiver:
-
Low battery indicator: when the battery is low the charging indicator is red. When the battery has enough charge or if the receiver is fully charged, the charging indicator is blue.
-
Power key: short press to turn the receiver on / off.
-
MicroUSB charging input: connect a microUSB cable and a 5V 1A power adapter (not supplied) to charge the receiver.
-
RF/AF indicator :When channel A (CHA) is connected to the receiver the indicator is green. When channel B (CHB) is connected to the receiver the indicator is blue. When both microphones are connected to the receiver, the indicator is light blue.
-
Charging status: when charging, LED is red, when fully charged LED is green.
-
Power key: short press to turn the microphone on / off.
-
Battery level indicator : Replace the batteries when the level is low.
-
Operating frequency : Shows the operating frequency of the microphone. Make sure each microphone works on a different frequency.
-
Channel Indicator : Microphones use two channels, CHA and CHB.
-
HI-LO button : the button is located inside the battery compartment. Press it briefly to change the operating frequency. Each press adds 0.5Mhz.
Batteries installation
Open the battery compartment of the microphone and insert 2 AA 1,5V batteries
(supplied) paying attention to respect the polarities.
Note: replace batteries when expired or in case of microphones bad
working status. Check connection between receiver and microphones
Turn on the receiver and microphone (s). When the “RF/AF” LED on the receiver
is on, it means that at least one microphone and the receiver are connected to
each other. When channel A (CHA) is connected to the receiver the indicator is
green.
When channel B (CHB) is connected to the receiver the indicator is blue. When
both microphones are connected to the receiver, the indicator is light blue.
In case that a microphone is not associated with the receiver, it is possible to re-pair by following the procedure indicated:
- turn off the receiver and turn on a microphone.
- open the battery compartment of the microphone and long press the POWER and HI-LO buttons simultaneously until the microphone screen starts flashing.
- turn on the receiver: the RF/AF indicator will flash briefly. At the end of the flashes, turn the microphone off and on again.
Changing the operating frequency
The microphones work at a frequency between 627.3-660.1MHz (in total 64
frequencies, 32 for each channel).
In order to avoid interference with other devices (which can cause noise or
shorten the operating distance),the product can change the operating frequency
by briefly pressing the HI-LO button located in the battery compartment of the
microphone. The receiver will automatically pair to the optimal microphone
frequency.
Information on use
Make sure that the equipment to which you want to connect the microphones is
equipped with a 6.35mm microphone input.
Adjust the microphone volume to a minimum to avoid disturbances due to the
triggering of the receiver in the equipment.
Insert the receiver into the MIC input of the equipment.
Turn on the microphone and the receiver. When the RF/AF LED on the receiver is
lit, the receiver and microphone (s) are paired and can be used.
Adjust the desired volume level directly from the equipment to which the
receiver is connected.
In case of interference, change the operating frequency (see previous
chapter).
