LED Indicator:
Charging the case:
The green light on: fully charged;
Greenlight flashes: battery level 66%-99%;
Blue light flashes: battery level 33%-65%;
Red light flashes: battery level 0%-32%.
Charging AirPods in the case:
Greenlight on: battery level 66%-100%;
The blue light on battery level 33%-65%;
The red light on battery level 10%-32%;
Red light flashes: battery level 0%-9%.
Bluetooth Pairing with iPhone

First, activate the Bluetooth settings on the phone in ‘Settings-Bluetooth-On’
in order to make charging case search AirPods automatically. (Don’t plug in charger during Bluetooth pairing process) -
Put the original AirPods into the charging case and turn on the lid, then long press the sync button until the green flashing.

Please wait and do not switch the lid on and off repeatedly when the phone is paired with AirPods.

When the pop-up window shows “AirPods” or the name you set for your AirPods, click ‘Connecting’ and wait for the process to complete, then click the sync button on the charging case to stop the flashing light or wait for it to automatically stop.
If the iPhone Pops up ‘Not Your Airpods’ when opening the lid, please activate the charging case in pairing mode and click ‘Via iCloud Connecting’, or ignore this and wait for the “AirPods” pop up window tc appear for Bluetooth pairing. -
Reopen the lid again and wait for 2s, when the phone is connected with the AirPods, take out and wear them.
Bluetooth Pairing with Android
- First, set the phone in ‘Settings-Bluetooth-On’ and please keep it closer to the charging case for it to search AirPods automatically.
- Please wait and not switch on and off the lid repeatedly when the phone is pairing with AirPods.
- Click ‘The Name Of AirPods’ on the Bluetooth and wait for ‘Connecting’ to complete, then click the sync button on the charging case to stop the flashing light or wait for it to automatically stop. (Don’t plug in charger during Bluetooth pairing process)
Troubleshooting Guide in Pairing with Android
Q: If no sound from a single earphone after pairing succeeded:
Solution 1: Put the earphones in the case, open and close the lid twice. Or
take out the earphones to pair again.
Solution 2: This earphone may be out of battery. Please put it back in the
case for charging 15 minutes and then try again.
Q: If it failed pairing after multiple times:
Solution 1: Please make the charging case fully charged, and put the earphones
back for charging, try to pair again.
Solution 2: Please let the earphones standstill for 15h to run out of
electricity, turn off the lid after being put in a charging case, then charge.
Q: There’s one earbud no sound after a long time leaving unused.
Solution 1: Please fully charge the charging case and the earbuds again for
they are exhausted of battery in a long time unused.
Solution 2: Please check the earphones is connected to the phone.
Q: If the pairing window doesn’t t be popped up for a long time:
Solution 1: Please check if the Bluetooth has been enabled.
Solution 2: Please reset the phone.
Solution 3: Unlock the phone again after the screen locked, take out the
earphones to pair once again
Q: There’s only a triangle mark or audio device displayed on phone.
Solution 1: Please check if the iOS system has been updated to 12.2 or the
latest
Q: Failed to disconnect Bluetooth Connection after closing the charging case
with earbuds inside.
Solution 1: One earbud is out of power, charged it take it back.
Solution 2: One of the earbuds poorly contacts the charging case. Clean the
charging contacts point on the earphones, put it back, and try again.
Q: The indicator light does not be turned off after putting earphones in.
A: One earphone is exceptional or damaged or there’ sonly one earphone is
successfully paired.
Does not support mixed pairing and check whether the earphones is belonged to
one set.
One of the earphones is powered off, please retry after power-up.
Wireless charging failed
Use SV 2A or stronger current to charge under SV input with Qi Standard
charger
Please a.m the Wireless Induction Center at transmission center.
Remove protective Case and other foreign objects inside under long-distance
paring.
The green flashes slowly or stops after a few flashes during Bluetooth
pairing.
Both or one earphone may be out of power, put them in a charging case and
close the lid in 1 Smin and then retry.
Take out the exceptional or damaged earphones, put the other in a charging
case for Bluetooth pairing.
