YOUR PET SHOULD NOT VOCALIZE OR PANIC WHEN RECEIVING STIMULATION. IF THIS
HAPPENS, THE STIMULATION LEVEL IS TOO HIGH AND YOU NEED TO GO BACK TO THE
PREVIOUS LEVEL AND REPEAT THE PROCESS.

the waterproof rubber lid over the charging port. If find water

the product to not work properly. Examples are places with high voltage facilities, communication towers, thunderstorm, large buildings, and strong electromagnetic interference. -

The included collar is a basic accessory and is not necessarily for all types of dog breeds. Any collar not wider than 20mm and not thicker than 10mm, made of soft material, can be replacement for the current collar.
Trouble Shooting
Q1: The remote transmitter/receiver run out of power quickly.
A 1: Make sure charger is security connected with transmitter/receiver.
Q2: The receiver doesn’t response when I press the button.
A2: Make sure the transmitter and receiver have enough power;
Make sure the receiver has turned on; Make sure the receiver has been matched
effectively; Check the receiver is In the correct channel; Match the receiver
to thetransmitter again.
Q3: My dog is not responding when I press the button.(Make sure a
effective connection between transmitter and receiver)
A3: The remote range is 492-656ft(150-200m), it depends on the surrounding
environment. Make sure receiver is within a
valid remote control distance; Make sure receiver is working and electrodes
touching your dog’s skin; Increase the intensity level; You may need to switch
to longer contact points.

A 1: While continuous and/or momentary stimulation may be unpleasant, it is
harmless to your dog. Electronic training device require interaction and
training from the owner to achieve desire desired results.

A2: Yes. However, if the receiver collar is used in or on around salt water,
it should be cleaned with fresh water following each use.
Maintenance
- Do not use the devices under temperature of 104° F and above, it will reduce degree the performance of the battery.
- Do not use the remote during snowing or raining, it may lead to water slipping in causing damage to the remote transmitters.
- Please clean the device with soft cloth.
- Please make sure the rubber lid covers the charging port while the receiver is using in water.

03: Can I attach a leash to the receiver collar?
A3: DO NOT attach a leash to the receiver collar. You need to put a separate
non-metallic collar on your dog and attach a leash. Make sure the extra collar
doesn’t interfere with the receiver collar.
04: How many receivers does this remote transmitter control?
A4: This transmitter has 3 channels for you to match receivers.
05: How long is the remote control distance?
AS: The remote control distance can up to 656ft(200m) without any
interference. However, during our use, terrain, climate, airport, magnetic
fields, obstacles, other wireless devices and etc may affect the effective
distance of remote control.
Q6: The length of the collar.
A6: The length is 31.5 inches(80cm).
07: What is the weight range for dogs?
A7: We recommend to use for dogs who are 15-1 OOlbs in weight and above 6
months in age.
Q8: What if my dog has red spot, rash or sores around the neck?
A8: Please stop using the dog trainer immediately and observe for a few days.
Consult a veterinarian if the symptoms persist for 48 hours. If the dog’s skin
heals, remember to check the dog’s skin every day while using trainer.
09: What intensity level does my dog need to use?
A9: Please find the best stimulation level for your dog. We recommend you
could try it from the lowest level. It takes some time to train your dog,
please be patient with your dog.
010: Can my dog carry the dog trainer always?
A 10: No, please don’t leave the collar on the dog for more than 12 hours per
day. If possible, please often check the dog’s skin.
