SLEEP ON GO2SILENCE Smart Positional Therapy Anti-Snoring Ball

Bluetooth Connection

1.  Please charge Go2Silence when you use it for the first time the device will be activated automatically
2.  Turn on the Bluetooth in your phone Settings, open the SLEEP ON APP, and follow the instructions to sign up and log in.
3.  Connect your device according to the prompts, or you can click “my”–“Add Device” and select “Go2Silence”–“Add”
4.  Confirm whether the device has vibration feedback when you see the notification. Click “Yes” to complete the device connection.

Unable to Search or Connect Your Device?

1.  Make sure the device is powered and has been charged first.
2.  Keep the device within 10 meters of your phone.
3.  Make sure your phone’s Bluetooth is turned on, and the app permission is allowed.
4.  You may need to restart the Bluetooth once more to try again if you use certain Android phones.
5. Please contact us if you still have problems. We’d be more than happy to help you out.

The Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing SLEEP ON. SLEEP ON provides a one-year warranty on Go2Silence Device. SLEEP ON or the reseller will repair or replace the device(s) due to faulty materials or operation during the warranty period. SLEEP ON accepts returns and exchanges for up to 30 days. All returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within the undamaged branded box. To complete your return or repair, we require that you give written notice by email of the item(s) you propose to return together with the email of the original purchase invoice(s) sent by SLEEP ON. Safety Instructions

Before using the device, please read and follow the following precautions to ensure the best device performance and to avoid dangerous or illegal situations. Impact on medical equipment Please comply with the rules and turn off the device in medical and health facilities where wireless devices are prohibited. The radio waves or magnetic fields generated by the device may affect the normal operation of implantable or personal medical devices, such as pacemakers, cochlear implants, hearing aids, etc. If you use these medical devices, please consult their manufacturers about the limitations of using this device. This device is not a toy and should be used under adult supervision. Accessories requirement Accessories approved by the device manufacturer and matched with this device type can be used only. If other types of accessories are used, it may violate the warranty terms of the device and relevant regulations of the country where the device is located and may lead to safety accidents. If you need approved accessories, please contact the authorized service center. Battery safety Do not disassemble or modify the battery, insert other matters, immerse in water or other liquids, which may cause battery leakage, overheating, fire or explosion. Do not drop, sneeze, or puncture the battery. Avoid excessive external pressure to the battery, which can lead to short circuit and overheating. The device is equipped with a non- removable internal battery. Do not replace the battery by yourself to avoid battery or device damage. The battery can only be replaced by an authorized service center. Please dispose of the used battery according to local policy. Maintenance When you do not use the device, please place the device properly to avoid loss and charge the device in time. Please keep the device and accessories dry. Do not use the microwave, hairdryer, or other heating equipment to dry it. Do not place the device and accessories in areas with too high or too low temperature, otherwise, it may cause device failure, fire, or explosion. Please stop using this device, turn off all applications, and disconnect all connections or cables from other devices before cleaning and maintenance. Do not use strong chemicals or detergents to clean the device or accessories.  Please wipe the device and accessories with a clean and dry soft cloth. Do not place the device close to the magnetic stripe card (such as bank card, phone card, etc.) for a long time, otherwise, the magnetic stripe card may be damaged. Do not disassemble or modify the device and accessories without authorization, otherwise, the device and accessories will not be covered by our warranty. Non-warranty Regulations

1.  Unauthorized maintenance, misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, injection, accident, modification, incorrect use of other accessories, or tearing, alteration labels and security marks.
2.  Warranty validity is expired.
3. Damage caused by force majeure.
4.  Performance failures exclude the Product Performance Failure Table.
5.  Performance failures are listed in the Product Performance Failure Table due to human causes.
