Dear Customer,
Thank you for buying our cooker hood. Please read these instructions carefully
for its optimum installation, use, and maintenance.
Notes: The figures mentioned in this manual are on the first pages.
Cooker hood installation on walls (look for the symbol in figures)
Warning: consult local regulations regarding fumes outlets. Do not
connect the cooker hood to fume ventilation or hot air duct. Confirm that room
ventilation is appropriate with the local authorities.
Make sure the maximum air extraction flow rate for the appliances in the room
does not exceed 4Pa(0.04 bar). The room must have adequate in the room does

Install the cooker hood in line with the instructions on the template provided
and indications of figure 1 to figure 3.
Respect instructions of the cooker manufacturer if the distance from the
cooking surface to the cooker hood (see fig.3) is higher than indicated in the
template provided.
For gas cooking appliances only: the minimum distance to the cooker hood must
be at least 65 cm.
Connecting the cooker hood to the grid
Warning: Before connecting the cooker hood: switch off the electricity
supply and check that the supplied voltage and frequency coincide with that
indicated on the appliance nameplate.
If the extractor cooker hood has a plug, connect it to a power socket in line
with applicable regulations, located in an accessible area. If the hood does
not have a plug, connect it directly to the electrical grid, protected by a
separator device accessible for disconnection, in line with local regulations.
Use of the cooker hood – Safely
Warning: the cooker hood may stop working during an electrostatic
discharge (e. g. lightning).
This involves no risk of damage. Switch off the electricity supply to the
cooker hood and reconnect after one minute.
- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
- Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
- To avoid the risk offire, clean the metal filter regularly, permanently control the pans containing hot oil and do not flambé food underneath the cooker hood.
- Do not use the cooker hood ifi t shows signs of damage or imperfection. Contact an official distributor or authorized dealer.
- Accessible parts may heat up when using cooking appliances.
- All pole disconnection must be incorporated in the fixed wiring in accordance with the wiring rules.
- The appliance is intended to be installed over a hob having four hob elements or six hob elements.
- Should cut down supply power and remove the filter before insertion or removal ofl amps.
- Should not use exceeding the value marked on the lamp holder with maximum power input when replacing lamps.
- Insulation of the fixed wiring in contact with metal parts must be protected.
- Install screw permanently fixed appliance to the wall unless used tool to unfasten it.
Use of the cooker hood – Control panel
Press the panel buttons (mechanical button) that correspond to the need:
Cooker hood maintenance
Warning: always switch off the electricity supply before carrying out
maintenance work on the cooker hood. In the event of a fault, contact an
official distributor or authorized dealer.
Exterior cleaning: use non-corrosive, liquid detergent and avoid the use of
abrasive cleaning products.
Grease filters: to avoid fires, clean thoroughly once a month. To do so, remove
the filters and wash with hot water and detergent. If using a dishwasher,
position the filters vertically to prevent solid remains from deposition on
them. Activated charcoal filters: replace them every 3 months.
Important: increase the filters cleaning/replacement frequency if the hood is used for more than 2 hours a day. Always use genuine filters from the manufacturer. Bulb replacement.
Warning: do not handle the bulbs until the electricity supply has been
switched off and they have cooled.
Important: use new bulbs according to that indicated on the cooker hood
nameplate.
On cooker hoods equipped with tungsten lamps, the lights should only be used during the operation of the motor. They should not be left on permanently and used as a light source.

Fitting Dimensions
Installation
If the air duct is connected horizontally, a minimum falling gradient of 1 cm/m or an inclination of 2° is required. Otherwise, condensate will get into the motor of the cooker hood.
All instructions concerning air conduction are not valid for the use of the recalculating mode.
Check the correct position of the cooker hood from the front and side perspective. Otherwise, the appliance will not properly work.
Wall mounting (the first)
- Please take out the inner fixed screw s before you disassemble the cooker hood.
Wall mounting (the second)
- Please take ou t the inner fixed screws before you disassemble the cooker hood
Mount the unit on the wall (where it is intended for this purpose )
GENERAL WARRANTY TERMS
- The warranty is valid only on the presentation ofi invoice of purchase.
- This WARRANTY is limited exclusively to parts substitution ineffective due to faulty manufacture, made in our workshops.
- The elimination of several faults of the scope of the guarantee is made for repair or replacement of defective parts, according to the discretion of our technical services. Defective parts are our property.
- Are not covered under warranty damage caused by transportation, neglect or poor use, improper assembly or installation, as well as external influences such as lightning strikes or power, flooding, humidity, etc..
- Lose warranty, all appliances that are not being used according to the instructions, or connected to FEEDING NETWORKS do not guarantee a constant voltage of 220/240V.
- The warranty does not cover damages for personal injury or damage caused directly or indirectly in any capacity whatsoever.
- This warranty terminates when it is found to have been undergoing repairs, alterations, or interventions by any person not authorized by Joel.
THE WARRANTY EXPIRES
- If the appliance has not been installed by an Accredited Technician.
- Exceeded the period of 2 years for home appliances and 06 months for industrial appliances, the warranty expires and assistance will be made by charging the costs of manpower, according to current fees.
- With the modification or disappearance of the nameplate of the appliance.
