How to pair and connect when first use?
Step 1:Take out the earbuds from the charging case,it will power on and pair. Then can be searched on your device.
Step 2: Activate the Bluetooth on your device. Find and connect ‘T7’. -
Don’t have a master/slave relationship
1. In binaural mode, only need to put any earphones back into the charging case and the other earphone will continue to work.
2. Under the single ear model, whichever earphone you use, take out another earphone, they will automatically connect and convert to binaural mode.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Issue：

One earbud stopped working.

One earbud can’t pair.

Fail to connect ‘T7’
Solution:
Step 1: Put two earbuds into the charging case and close it.
Step 2: Forget the device from your Bluetooth on your device.
Step 3: Take out the earbuds from the charging case, Activate the Bluetooth on your device. Find and connect ‘T7 ‘
.Issue: -
One the earbud keeps flashing blue light at fast speed.

Both of the two earbuds indicators alternately flash red and blue.
Solution:
Please reset them.
Issue: -
Two earbuds show blue light with slow speed.
Solution:
Check whether earbuds connect with another device automatically. You need to
disconnect them with another device.
If you need to reset, please follow the below steps,
Step 1: Turn off both of the earbuds first. (Touch the touch panel and hold
for 5s, you will hear the ‘power off’ from two earbuds.)
Step 2: Forget the device from your Bluetooth on your phone.
Step 3: You can reset them now. (Touch the touch panel and hold on 10 seconds
for both earbuds until hearing three short beeps from two earbuds. Please
don’t release the
touch panel even hearing ‘power on. )
Step 4: Activate the Bluetooth on your device. Find and connect ‘T7’.
