Flatten Your Wireless Charging Desk Pad
Step 1

Stretch Your Desk Pad
Step 2

Roll up the edges in the reverse way to the direction it curls and put it still for a short while
Step 3

Press slightly on the cylinder according to how severe it curls.
Step 4

Lay deck pad flat, if it still curls, repeat steps 2 & 3.

How to use the charging station

  1.  A USB cable comes in the package. Connect the USB C port to the desk pad.
  2. Connect the USB A/C (switchable) on the other side to an adapter and plug it into a power source. (USB C port and QC2.0/3.0/PD/AFC adapter are recommended to enable the max charging efficiency)
  3. Place Qi-enabled charging device onto the charging area.

Indicators

  1. Indicators are on for 5 sec when plugged into a power source
  2. Indicators are on while charging
  3. Indicators show on and off while foreign object like metal, magnetic item, IC chip is detected.
  4. Indicators are still on when the device is fully charged, but charging has actually stopped.

How to clean your desk pad

  1. Normally, a tissue or towel is enough to clean stains from coffee, tea, or snacks.
  2. Use a wet towel to clean stains from oil or stains that existed for days.
  3. The pad will dry in seconds after being wiped clean.
  4. Do not use caustic cleaning supplies to clean your desk pad.

Note:

  1. Actual charging efficiency is based on the quality of the power source, adapter, and charging device. Power via computer or adapter lower than QC2.0 may slow down charging.
  2. Charging efficiency 75%. It reduces gradually as the distance between charger and charger receiver increases
  3. It is normal that the charging station gets warm to 95, please do not worry.
  4. Do not place any foreign object between the charging station and the charging device. Cases that contain metal, such as Pitaka, Evutec, and Spigen QNMP, will trigger foreign object detection and interrupt charging.
  5. Avoid direct sunlight for long.
