Important Notice

  • Bluetooth:
    ♦ Bluetooth can only connect to mobile phones.
    ♦ Bluetooth DO NOT work underwater, the effect will be reduced when used underwater.
    ♦ Fast forward or rewind function DO NOT work when playing music in Bluetooth mode.

  • Charge and Transmission:
    ♦ Please keep it dry completely before charging or transmitting’ (Although the 519 player is waterproof, charging with water on it can cause serious damage to the player.)

  • Usage Notice:
    ♦ Please insert the earphone into the jack of player before swimming’ Please DO NOT use the extension cord while swimming because it is non-waterproof. And the extension cord is used for other non-underwater sports (such as running).

    Please DO NOT use the player continuously for more than 2 hours underwater to prevent the risk of damage to the player from water pressure.
    ♦ In order to avoid short-circuit when charging, please wash it with clean water after swimming and then shake it dry, and place it air-dried for at least 1 hour before charging. (Note: If the machine is in a hot and dry environment, at least 1 hour to dry out; if the machine is in a humid environment, at least 2 hours to dry out.)
    ♦ If you have used our MP3 in sea water, please rinse the sand in the earphone hole with clean water, dry it out before charging.

Note: Do not disassemble the machine by yourself because the water vapor may enter during the process, causing short-circuit or damage to the machine.

Charge and Transmission

  • Charge:
    ♦ Please fully charge your device before using it for the first time.
    ♦ It is recommended to charge by computer, 5V/1A or 5V/500mAh adapter, not recommended to use 5V/2A and above fast charging charger.
    ♦ After fully charged, it can play for 8-10 hours.

  • Transmission:
    1. Connect the player with your computer via a USB cable with transmission function.
    2. When your PC recognizes the player, the disk name will be displayed on the PC as “AGP-S19”.
    3. Then download the file to the computer and drag it to a folder of the player.
    4. Support formats: MP3/WMA/WAV/FLAC/M4A/APE.
    Note: In order to avoid short-circuit while charging, please wash it with clean water after swimming and then shake it dry, needed at least 1 hour to dry out before charging and transmitting

Music

  • Play Music
    1. Long press for 3 s to turn on the player. Single click the button to pause or play music.
    2. When playing music, press or to the previous track or next track. Long press or to fast rewind or fast forward.
    3. Press + / — buttons to adjust the volume.

  • Toggle Folder
    Press to pause music, single click to previous folder, and it will play music in that folder; single click to the next folder, and it will play music in that folder.

  • Play Mode
    Default Playback Mode: Play Order By Name.
    Shuffle Mode: Single click , when you hear “Play Order By Shuffle”, then it will toggle to shuffle mode.
    Play In Order: Single click , when you hear “Play Order By Name”, then it will toggle to play in order mode.
    Note: In Bluetooth mode, it will play the music from the smart phone. You can only toggle the play mode on your phone. When you click , it will return to local playback.

Bluetooth

  • Bluetooth Pairing
    1. Turn on the Bluetooth of your mobile phone.
    2. Click the button on the player, you can hear “Bluetooth play”, and the player will toggle from local playback to Bluetooth mode.
    3. When you hear “Bluetooth collecting”, you can see that the name “AGP-S19” is displayed on the Bluetooth list of the mobile phone. After you select it, you will hear “Bluetooth paired”. After the pairing is successful, you can play music.
    ➢ Note: After the Bluetooth connection is successful, the phone’s music will not be played automatically, you need to click again to play.
    4. The pairing process only needs to be manually done once (if not formatted, or the phone is not connected to other Bluetooth devices). When your phone’s Bluetooth is turned on and the S19 is in Bluetooth mode, they will be connected automatically.

Help and Troubleshooting

  • Can’t turn on the player: The player cannot be powered on, crashes, freezes or has a firmware error.
  1. Power off the player and try again.
  2. Press and hold the power button for more than 8 s to reset.
  3. Update the firmware. Please contact our customer service or check our website at https://www.agptek.com/blog to download the firmware.
  • Can’t download files from the computer.
  1. Please confirm whether it’s connected properly.
  2. Please check whether the storage space of the internal memory is full.
  3. Please check whether the USB cable is damaged.
  • Can’t recognize the player when connected to the computer via USB
  1. Reconnect it.
  2. Restart the computer and reconnect it.
  3. Connect your player to another USB port.
  4. Charge the player for about 10 minutes first.
