Directions for use

  1. Insert one end of USB charging cable into power adaptor.
  2. Insert the another end of USB cable into the the wireless charger USB port.
  3. Place your phone on the wireless charger.
  4. Make sure use QC3.0 adapter or 5V 2A adapter.

Common troubleshooting

The indicator is off

  1. Please change a power cable try again
  2. Please change the AC Adapter (5V 2A or QC3.0 9V 2A adapter)

When the indicator flashes, but phone can’t charge

  1. Please check whether your phone supports qi wireless charging
  2. Please remove the phone case
  3. Put the phone in the center of the wireless charger
  4. Please adjust the orientation of the phone, horizontal and vertical
  5. Please take off the phone, restart the device and put the phone incharger center
  6. Please try to replace the 9V/2A or QC3.0 AC adapter.

Phone charging intermittently

  1. Please remove the phone case
  2. Put the phone in the center of the wireless charger
  3. Please try to replace the 5V/2A or QC3.0 AC adapter.
