- Disconnect power supply when not in use.
- When cleaning the product, wipe the surface with a soft cloth.
- Do not cover the top of the product during use.
- Do not let water get into the product when cleaning.
- It may cause a slight smell during sharpening a knife. It is not a malfunction.
- Please use the DC adapter (18V) included.
- Place the product on a flat and dry surface.
- Please clean the knife before sharpening.
- No lubricant or abrasive is needed for sharpening.
- It is not suitable for sharpening serrated or ceramic knives.
How to use
- Switch it Off position,Insert the adapter power connector into the knife sharpener. Plug adapter wall plug into an 120V AC Power Outlet.
- Power on the knife sharpener by switching it in ON position.
- Place the knife blade edge in the L groove. Pull it back in smooth motion slowly. Lift and repeat in R groove. Do not move it back and forth.
Attention: DO NOT TO PULL BACK AND FORTH,Ceramic knives are not suitable.
