How to use

Power on:
Press the switch button for 2 seconds.

Pairing:
TWS pairing: power on the L, R earphones at the same time after restored to the factory settings, the L, R earphones are into the pairing (the left and right earphones have been paired at the factory). Phone paling: 1. After the L,R headsets are successfully paired, they will automatically enter the phone pairing: 2. Take up the L, R headsets from the base, they will automatically connect, and the R headset enters the pairing (the connected phone will automatically connect) 3. Single headset use: Take up any one of the headphones from the base, and automatically enter the pairing in about 5 seconds (if it has been paired with the mobile phone it will be automatically connected in about 5 seconds). Press and hold the power button for 4 seconds to enter the pairing in off state.

Connect:
Open the phone Bluetooth search for “T09” and click for pairing, if the phone has been paired with headphones, it will automatically reconnect when powered on.

Shutdown: Press and hold the power button for 4 second.

Answer:
Press the power button once(any left and right headphones).

Reject the call:
Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds.

Hang up:
Press the power button once (any left and right headphones).

Play/Pause: Short press the power button.

Previous and next track:
Click twice of left headset, music status previous music; Click twice of right headset music status next music.

Phone and headset call switching:
Press the power button for 2 seconds during a call.

Charging:
Charging the earphones by closing the charging case cover, the red light is solid on Fully charged: Lights off after 10 seconds of white light.

Low battery:
Prompt tone once when the 3.5V low battery, and the red Ight flashes every 7 seconds

Auto power off:
Auto power off. It will automatically power off in 5 minutes when no connection status, Bluetooth is not connected to any device. The L, R headsets will automatically shut down when successfully connected but not conned with the phone for 5 minutes

Reset: Put the earphones into the charging case to reset

Restore factory settings:
Press the power button for 10 seconds in the power off state, clear the Bluetooth pairing list/restore the default volume, you need to re-pair the TWS headset alter clearing.

Charging case function:
Open the cover to power on, close the cover to power off.

Problem & solutions
Problem Solution
Multiple connection are not successful
  1. Make sure the earbuds are in search mode, Or switch on again
  2. There are too many BT devices around which makes searching difficult. Close the BT function of irrelevant devices.

Voice is small or distorted|

  1. Check the volume of the BT device and adjust its volume to the Voice is small or distorted appropriate level
  2. Low battery Recharge it.

Music sound doesn’t play fluently| Make sure your BT device is within the effective connection distance of the play fluently earbuds, or there are no obstacles between the earbuds and BT device.
Bluetooth status indicator doesn’t work|

  1. Indicates that the battery is low
    Recharge and try again doesn’t work.

  2. Switch on again.

We recommend output voltage of the case charger is DC 5V+/-25V and the current is 100MA-500MA. An over-high charging voltage may damage the charging case.

Safety rules
  1. Do not remove or refit headset for any reason, otherwise it may cause headset fault and burning.

  2. Do not wet the device in contact with liquid, otherwise it will cause serious damage to the device. The manufacturer will not guarantee the damage caused by water inflow of the device.

  3. Do not place the device in the environment with too high or too low temperature (above 75 °C or below-40 °C) for a long time.

  4. Please avoid using the device indicator light near the eyes of children or animals.

  5. Do not use be device in thunderstorm weather.
    Thunderstorm may cause abnormal operation of the device and increase the risk of electric shock.

  6. Do not treat this electronic device as ordinary garbage when it is discarded. In order to reduce pollution and protect the earth’s environment to the greatest extent, please recycle it.
