Instructions

HTWMAG01A is a portable magnetic wireless charger with 15W max wireless charging output power.lt is designed with the patented magnetic structure to align the transmitting coil and receiving coil.so as to achieve a perfect transmission power efficiency of wireless charging.lt is compatible with PD/QC fast charging adaptor. and can charge all Qi-compatible cell phones.

How to Use

  1. Connect adaptor to wall wart and plug in USB C cable into the adaptor.
  2. Connect the other terminal of USB C to the wireless charger
  3. Place your phone onto a wireless charger, and make sure the receiving area of the mobile is aligned with the emission area of the wireless charger.(Normally the receiving area is in the middle of the phone, please refer to the phone user manual for details)
  4. Power off /Remove the charger when charging is finished.

Notes:

  • For cell phones that have a built-in magnetic positioning kit, just need to move the cell phone close to the charger,it will automatically attach to the center area of the charger
  • ‘For cell phones that have NOT built-in magnetic positioning kit, please refer to the phone user manual and ensure receiving coil of the cell phone and transmitting coil of the wireless charger are well aligned. Otherwise, it may lead to low wireless charging efficiency or no charging at all.
  • The effective charging distance is less than 8mm.
  • This wireless charger is compatible with PD or QC fast charging adaptor, suggest using the original power adaptor for security.
  • There’s multiple protection inside, please check cell phone status and re-place when necessary.

Troubleshooting

Please refer to the below terms and conditions to solve the charging problems if any. Contact your distributor or appointed service center if the problem still exists.

The wireless charger doesn’t work

  1. Check if the USB port of the wireless charger is OK
  2. Check if the adaptor is OK. You may try another fast charging adaptor that meets our requirements.

Charging is interrupted or the mobile phone can not be fully charged

  1. Check if the adaptor is certified or compatible with international safety standards.
  2. Check is the receiving area of the phone is aligned with the emission area of the wireless charger.
